Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc.Reviews
Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc. review
Best experience and fastest total transaction I’ve had in my car buying experience. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour today – I’ve spent more time in Home Depot buying a grill. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan and Gregory.

Benzel-Busch Mercedes-BenzReviews
Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz review
I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. Thank you, Hyunbin

Amazing!Anastasia was such a pleasure to work..." - gkar Amazing! Anastasia was such a pleasure to work with! This is our 6th car from MB Manhattan and she provided superb service.Adressed all the concern and wishes and truly went above and beyond. She had a follow up to make sure we are comfortable with all new features and answered every single call and email right away! Strongly recommend her!
2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
When one thinks of a Mercedes-Benz or the "Mercedes Experience", I believe it is this car that inspires the brand. Beautiful inside and out, an absolute pleasure to drive, fast with great 4matic handling and a luxurious cabin that leaves nothing to be desired. I did get my 2020 when the 2021's became available, but I stuck with the 2020 because I find this model year to be more sleek and elegant while the 2021 refresh is too stout looking for me (I also like the steering wheel in the 2020 too).

2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

Unique Auto MallReviews
Unique Auto Mall review
I flew in from Charlotte for this one, which tells you how specific I was being. Was hunting a manual transmission GTI in a color that isnt white or silver, and after four months of searching there were maybe six in the country that fit. One of them was sitting at unique auto mall. Called ahead, asked them to send me a walkaround video and photos of the underbody specifically, because a NJ car and rust are a real conversation. They did it the same day, no pushback, and they were upfront that there was some surface stuff on the subframe but nothing structural. That honesty is the only reason I bought a plane ticket. Got there, car was exactly what the video showed. Drove it, shook hands, did the paperwork, and drove it 600 miles home the next day. Made it without a single hiccup. Had my guy here look it over that week and he said whoever prepped it did a real job, not a spray and pray. Only thing I'd change, the title paperwork for an out of state buyer took about three weeks to land in my mailbox and I got a little nervous around week two. It showed up. Everything was fine. Just be patient with that part if you're buying from far away.

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

The buying part was fine and the car is fine. What bugged me was getting three separate calls about an extended warranty after I'd already said no twice at the desk. I get that it's the business but come on. Aside from that I have nothing bad to say, the Escape has been great and the price was right. Just say no firmly and move on.

2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Saw the g class bought the class in less than 3 hours. Alfonso the sales guy was a PRO! He did FaceTime walk around. I've been shopping for weeks and this dealership had it priced right. From NY to Texas. Will let you know about the shipping and final outcome and one last point NO hidden xx fees like doc destination or whatever. This is a first class Merc dealer.

Helms Bros., Inc.Reviews
Helms Bros., Inc. review
I went to Helms for my birthday to get myself a birthday gift where I was assisted by Maurice Martin who was so pleasant, patient, informative and super helpful. I've actually never had such great customer service in my life. I purchased my dream car, a white C300 4MATIC and I couldn't be any more happier with the service and help that I was given. I couldn't thank Maurice enough, he was such an amazing sales person. I also worked with Reggie when it was time to deal with the financial part of the process and he was very pleasant, helpful and informative as well. Not to mention, the atmosphere was also extremely pleasant and clean. Everyone who worked there that I came across was very nice and welcoming. I advise you to visit Helms Bros in Bayside if you're looking for a new ride. These people are awesome!

2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.
