I bought a car yesterday from Topline Automotive and I am very happy with it! My experience with Topline and their staff has been top notch from the beginning. I had been looking to buy a used BMW for 5 years now, and due to unforeseen circumstances I was looking to buy one within the month. I did my research and did my numbers, and found 3 really good deals. I checked out the other cars and dealers in Orange County and had my friend also run numbers on her end. I expressed interest in the car I found at Topline and called to see when I could check it out. The manager/director, Ethan Lam, helped me from start to finish. He was great! Not pushy or aggressive, very communicative, and super helpful. I filled out the online application they have on their website for financing and he found me such an awesome deal/rate, it was unbelievable. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with his efforts! The quality of the cars that Topline has is impressive. The car I ended up buying looked really clean and well-maintained. There are extensive photos for every one of their vehicles available online, so there were no surprises. They have an extremely nice selection of used luxury cars that have been well-maintained and look brand new. The car I chose runs beautifully and was such a good deal, it still feels unreal! Just watch out for the “PZEV” versions of fuel pump that is built in inside the fuel tank !!! You need to replace the whole fuel tank $2k just replace the fuel pump which is price only for $200 +/- !!!’ You will know by reading the ID CARDs located both by driver door and when you open the hood

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

Just bought a 2015 Nissan Sentra from American motors, it was a very friendly and comfortable process. Ali helped us in every way to get the car at our budget price. Every information he provided for the car was accurate and clear. He even found us a better insurance deal after I a got a expensive quote from Geico. I would highly recommend American Motors, it’s the best place in town to find a great deal and received honest and outstanding services.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.
