2016 Mercedes-Benz G-Class review
Overall great experience of this suv, no complaints on the driving and comfort. The back has massive space for carrying plus if the need arises the seats can be folded 180 degrees to increase the rear space. Engine has a nice roar to it and smooth suspension. Has three driving modes, eco which will have a nice lux quiet sound to it, sport will enable the exhaust to roar, and manual for more driver control. Overall loved it and will buy again.

She truly listens to her customers and works to make the process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I recently had to purchase another vehicle after being involved in a serious car accident. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience, but Mercedes-Benz made a difficult situation much easier. Within literally seconds of the accident, after both the upper and lower airbags deployed (I didn't even know my vehicle had a lower airbag), Mercedes-Benz contacted me through the SOS feature in the vehicle. The representative immediately checked on my well-being, asking if I was hurt, bleeding, breathing okay, and ensuring I was alert and responsive. They also informed me that emergency services had been dispatched. The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. I will also gladly refer my friends and family to her because I know they will be treated with the same respect, honesty, and care that I have received. 2015 Mercedes-Benz G-Class review
Love the car. Love the 5.5 engine, it is not M113 of course, but M273 is also good. I personally prefer 5.5 over 4 turbo. Fun car that always put a green on my face.

The bottom line is I got a good deal on a good vehicle. The salesman who took us through the paperwork process was congenial and professional. He had gone this process many times in the past. The owner and his support staff were friendly and helpful. Now, the downside. This is obviously a used car dealer, and the sales office leaves much to be desired. Not too clean, old furniture and the restroom was out of order ... had to use one located outdoors. In addition, the sales lot is small and really packed with vehicles. One employee is an expert at maneuvering the vehicles into a position where you can drive out. The lot is also located on a very busy street, Garden Grove Blvd ... makes it somewhat difficult to get into the flow of traffic.
