2017 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.

2018 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
I've had the van for two months now and am quite satisfied. Decent handling,Comfortable , quiet ( in passenger model) and over 28 mpg on country highways. Only complaint is the self parking option( Parktronic) is flaky. Only woks about half the time-really not worth the big bucks for that option.

2019 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Very solid , quiet and comfortable. If u don’t need to haul heavy loads get the comfort suspension. Would have alleviated the previous reviewers issue. Made our passenger model into a camper and gets 25 mpg on the highway- or more! We like the factory interior and windows. Well worth the money and the seats can be put back in to carry passengers if needed. They are heavy but just snap in to floor channels.

2018 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
My husband and I were van shopping when we came across the Mercedes-Benz Metris. We wanted something that would be comfortable and reliable for traveling around the US, sometimes with our dogs. This van really fits our needs. It is spacious and has the ability to easily remove the seats for moving large cargo. We didn?t want a lot of automatic or motorized options that would work just as well manually, having had a previous vehicle that was outrageously expensive to repair. There is only one thing that I would change and that is that the van does not have cruise control. The Metris is engineered beautifully and I am sure we will have many years of happy traveling In our beautiful Mercedes-Benz!

Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. 2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.
