I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I had been looking for a used vehicle for several weeks and was getting really frustrated with the process. Then I came to Ultimate Motors!!! I saw a vehicle that caught my eye and took it for a test drive. Eddie was AWESOME answered ALL my questions (and I had a lot). I also met Mark, the owner, that day and was very impressed with how comfortable they made me feel. I honestly had my mind set on a Honda Pilot and was scheduled to go see several over the next few days. I kept going back to the Lexus I drove at Ultimate Motors and how comfortable they had made me feel...I was extremely anxious about the whole car buying experience due to my last vehicle purchase being a nightmare!!! I couldn't tell you how many vehicles I looked at, at various dealers, that still had trash and half eaten food in them...immediate turn off. You WILL NOT find that at ULTIMATE MOTORS! Over the years I've purchased a lot of cars. My experience with Richmond BMW Midlothian was very positive. Charles Armstrong offered the perfect example of how to treat a serious car buyer, especially when I live two hours away. After my initial contact, he responded within minutes. I told him the inventory stock number of the car I wanted, and said I would buy the car from the dealership that gave me the best price and was honest with me. He sent me a detailed sheet of the numbers. I was surprised that BMW Midlothian could compete with the pricing of the dealers in Northern Virginia and Maryland. They did! Also, my car was in excellent condition, and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in on my 2014 BMW X3. The staff is very professional and doesn't use high pressure tactics that some car dealers do. In short, they respects their customers. If you're going to buy a BMW definitely contact BMW Midlothian first. Oh, and be sure to ask for Charles Armstrong. You'll be glad you did.
I love everything about this dealership. They are the gold standard for all Volvo Service teams. I purchased my car from another dealer, but will not take it back there ever, having worked with Volvo of Richmond. The service professionals keep you informed of the nature, expense and timing of the appointment. The shuttle team is punctual and personable, and the car comes back in great shape. Kudos all around. Special note that the dealership sent an email overview of the condition of the car, followed by an email and phone call post service. Great team.

He let the car do the talking and let me make the decision.
