2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE 350+ review
Its possibly the best EV sedan in its class. Very fast and comfortable. Depending on your driving habits, it gets over 360 miles on a single charge.

2021 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karol Powers at Mercedes-Benz South Bay in Torrance. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Karol, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. What I appreciate most is that she is honest and straightforward. There is no endless back-and-forth, no pressure, and no feeling of being taken advantage of. She truly listens to her customers and works to make the process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I recently had to purchase another vehicle after being involved in a serious car accident. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience, but Mercedes-Benz made a difficult situation much easier. Within literally seconds of the accident, after both the upper and lower airbags deployed (I didn't even know my vehicle had a lower airbag), Mercedes-Benz contacted me through the SOS feature in the vehicle. The representative immediately checked on my well-being, asking if I was hurt, bleeding, breathing okay, and ensuring I was alert and responsive. They also informed me that emergency services had been dispatched. The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. I will also gladly refer my friends and family to her because I know they will be treated with the same respect, honesty, and care that I have received. 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

2014 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class review
My favorite car of all time! I bought the GLK 250 12 years ago & have just under 50 thousand miles, (I'm 76 & retired). Engine / transmission combo is superb as is the mileage. Comfortable & durable interior with plenty of room for "stuff". Tows small trailers easily. Great steering feel & braking. Excellent handling for an SUV. Run-flat tires not conducive to a "luxury" ride on rough surfaces. Built like a tank...I hit an elk near Grand Canyon (which cost 16K to fix), yet I drove over 2000 miles back to the east coast with no problems. A few recalls which were quickly repaired free. M.B. routine service is quite expensive though. Only one unscheduled service, a split in a turbo feed hose... the part was $350. DUH. I'm sure the car will outlast me.

2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
I like the option of the natural wood steering wheel, 21 inch tires and wheels trailer hitch if needed. The entertainment center is great, heated and cooled seats Have customizable controls. The SUV is just the perfect size not too big and not too small. Took it on a 9 Hour Rd. trip my kids love to drive it. People who look into the car make comments of how great it looks inside as we drive by in parking lots! Lots of room for passengers and luggage

2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 43 review
This review is way over due!! I found my dream car online at Vista Bmw, a 2019 Black GLE 43 amg with saddle interior and very low miles. The situation was I live in Texas but I decided to call anyways and spoke with Duane Crawford he was professional, informative and guided me in the right direction in order to secure the car until I was able to drive the 21 hours to get there. Once there I met with him at Vista and the car was exactly the way it was advertised, perfect and in excellent condition ( basically new). Duane made the purchase of the car a easy and smooth process. All I can say is if you are looking for a great vehicle and professional service don't waste your time any where else call Vista Bmw and ask for Duane Crawford. Absolutely worth the drive.

2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 review
I am very happy with my new purchase. BUT. The Braking system is jerky when applying the brakes and when sitting at a stop light if there is a small incline the vehicle rolls backward. A little unnerving to say the least.

My family and I first met Esteban D. a month ago, we stopped in to take a look at what 4Runners were on the lot. So this past Sunday, before Labor Day we decided to come back to the 1 dealership that made us feel like we were valued beyond just a customer. The moment we arrived and I went to search for a sales man (it was raining so they were not outside) Esteban was already making his way out of the dealership. We cross paths and I was thrilled to see him again. He remembered us, and we remembered him. He remembered our sons name, and that alone spoke volumes to us as parents. With his help we worked out a deal that fit our budget. Usually by this time the happy and sweet sales men change their character. But he didn’t once. Even while negotiating numbers, he didn’t turn on us. He still went above and beyond to genuinely help us. We left that day with our dream family car. We can’t thank Esteban enough for the positive impact he made throughout this entire car buying experience. Keep up the great work Esteban! Stay true to your character, for that will take you far.
2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
This car is so fun to drive. It has all the power you need. Handles the road like a sport car along with a very comfortable ride. The gas mileage is super at over 30mph. Such a great SUV.

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 review
My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!
