Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

When my windshield was cracked by a rock on my new 2022 S580 no one could find a replacement. "Backordered" "No ETA" "Nowhere to be found." "Sorry, can't help you." Over and over until I went to the dealership where I bought the car and the Parts Manager, Joe Singer, literally went the extra mile. He not only found the windshield at a dealership in Maryland but sent someone to get it right away. That's customer service. Actually, everyone there was great. My salesman, Phil Polite, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with as is my service adviser, Darius DeQuesnay. Thrilled to find exceptional customer service in a world where mediocrity is the norm.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

I have used Scott to maintain my 2 Miatas. They also replaced suspension, lowered my cars, replaced the steering wheel, and any other modifications I have asked for. In addition, regular maintenance. Always with precision. Most recently, my headlight had moisture in it. They had a replacement in 24 hours and scheduled my appointment. I can't reccomend anywhere else with this kind of conviction.

It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

The service levels are exceptional, the service/repairs are always thorough and explained so that I understand in detail, and they even wash my car each time. I would highly recommend that Mercedes Benz owners use the MB of WC dealer for ALL of your auto needs.

I would give ten stars if we could. We had awful experiences just during our shopping process, at so many MB dealerships (lying about cars in stock, sales people with zero knowledge about their vehicles, and just really poor communication). We are so glad though because it led us to finding my dream car at MB FW, and the sale manager Matt M. communicated and made the deal come together quickly, he was fair, and transparent. He answered car questions and helped at least half a dozen times with my questions AFTER the purchase. Our sales associate Brittany (Meghan Markle twin) - she was SO kind, and SO patient. I was coming from a car that was almost 20 years old so my learning curve was steep. When we arrived she spent no less than an HOUR going through every last single button on the car and setting everything up for my preferences. She knew the car inside and out. We were floored, and didn't expect it but appreciated it beyond what we knew at the time because it was alot for my husband and I, both coming from our college cars that were before cars became so high tech. We appreciated her knowledge, after coming from another dealership where we tried to buy a car, but the sales woman couldn't answer ANYTHING, and kept pushing us towards a car she had in stock, when we had explained a bench versus captain seats were a non negotiable. We would have stayed with her for the search but she could not answer a single question about the car and also thought it was an electric vehicle until we pointed out it was a gas powered car with a battery feature. We lost out confidence at that moment. My husband and I buy and keep cars for the long haul and although car buying is an awful process usually, MB FW (Matt and Brittany specifically, went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to make it a smooth transaction both before AND after purchase which is when you really learn about a sales persons character. We are so grateful.
