International AutosReviews
International Autos review
There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. If you’re looking to buy or need service, I highly recommend the team over at International Autos.

MINI of Stevens CreekReviews
MINI of Stevens Creek review
I came in under my warranty for my annual oil change. The team/system at Stevens creek made sure to notify me in advance to schedule an appointment which made it a breeze. Johnny my rep has such good dry humor that I’ve got to stop for a minute and actually think as he takes the time to make me laugh through all the paperwork. The team always takes great care of my 2025 Mini SE Ive named Chase. They have even on occasion began calling my mini by the name I gave him. Waiting in their lovely lounge full of complimentary snacks and an automated espresso machine makes me forget I’m waiting for my car. This is probably the best dealership service station I’ve ever experienced. I’m grateful to Blake, Johnny and the entire team for such a blessed opportunity to keep my mini Chase healthy and strong!

I can count on realistic estimates of the duration of the visit which speaks to my team's experience. If I decide to wait for the car, the sales floor has a nice waiting area. If I needed to go elsewhere, e.g. lunch, they provide a ride for me. The team knows what it's doing and makes sure that I know it too.

Had my MINI serviced here recently after it started throwing multiple codes. Brian handled everything, explained the costs up front and gave me a chance to opt in or out, which I appreciated. I waited there and everything was fixed within a few hours. Thanks Brian and team! Also loved the video the mechanic provided during the service!

Araz was our saleswoman and she was awesome. I was coming from out of town and she went above and beyond to have everything done before my trip to Houston. She also did everything asked of her so that I had the chance to see the car basically in person without seeing it in person before making the decision to buy. She sent me real time videos of the entire car and let me hear and see engine as it was running. She made the sale happen. I highly recommend asking for her. She was kind and patient. Our finance guy Claude (I think) was wonderful too.

I had a great experience working with Russell and the finance manager at Seattle Mini. Russell was extremely helpful throughout the entire process by being knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. The financing portion was also surprisingly easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for my next Mini. Thank you to the team for making this such a positive experience!

MINI of The WoodlandsReviews
MINI of The Woodlands review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 MINI Countryman from MINI of the Woodlands, and Dina Kansowah deserves special recognition. Buying a vehicle sight unseen from 1,500 miles away requires a tremendous amount of trust. Dina earned that trust through clear and consistent communication, detailed videos, prompt answers and careful attention to the things that truly matter when making a significant purchase remotely. She made sure I could see and understand the vehicle’s condition, guided me through each step and never left me wondering what was happening next. Dina’s professionalism, transparency and personal attention gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. She turned what could have been a stressful long-distance transaction into a smooth and reassuring experience. I highly recommend MINI of the Woodlands—and especially Dina—to anyone considering a MINI, whether purchasing locally or from across the country. She is an outstanding representative of the dealership and the MINI brand.

Brian Keener is amazing! I had the best car buying experience EVER at MINI of Montgomery County! Brian was personable, informative and a complete JOY to be around. I test drove a Mini CooperS convertible and was SOLD! Jeremiah Jones handled our financing and I walked away feeling like I spent a few hours with old friends! I've wanted a MINI Cooper for a while and after a year of living through a worldwide pandemic it was time to have some fun! If you are in the market for a MINI the team in Gaithersburg will take good care of you!!

This is our second Mini that we’ve leased from here. Danny has been a stellar salesman and while my Cooper S did take some time to get delivered across the Atlantic, once it left the port, I had the vehicle a few hours later.

Motorwerks MINIReviews
Motorwerks MINI review
My husband had purchased a mini cooper five years ago and we've enjoyed that car. When it came time for me to replace my VW Jetta we immediately decided to go back to Motorwerks. Stephanie was great in taking the time to visit with me prior to our visit in order to determine our needs. When there, she had both the Clubman and Countryman lined up together so we could really compare the two models. That was so helpful, as well as determining if I wanted to switch over to automatic. She took her time explaining everything clearly. I decided on the Clubman with manual transmission and it was ordered that day. Stephanie contacted me the following day to confirm the order, and she asked me if I wanted to consider ordering a covering over the trunk area; in talking with us the other day she thought it would be something we wanted to add. We thought that was very thoughtful, and we did add that feature. Stephanie kept us in the loop about our order and our car arrived as expected, with no delays. The whole process was so relaxed and Ryan was helpful with the financing. I've been driving my Clubman for less than a week but I'm really enjoying it. This dealership is smart in that they do give you the basic knowledge of operating the vehicle, and then in a couple weeks they recommend scheduling a visit to go over any operational questions you might still have, and at that time they fill up your tank and clean out your car. You can still contact them with questions at any time as well. We highly recommend buying from this dealership.
