I called on Saturday to make an appointment for oil change. Dakota Henson took my call and was able to get me in the same day. He greeted me at the service center. Listened to all the things i wanted him to check. He was very courteous, professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He told me it was going to take approximately one and a half hour to complete the work. I waited in the waiting area at the service center and in about one and half hour. he called me and took me to the office, pointed out to me on the receipt all the things that were checked. I felt good when i left the service center knowing that all critical items were checked and functioning well. Montana is a pleasant young man that wears a nice smile, happy looking and very enthusiastic. He represents your company very well and i will definitely go back to your service center if i needed any repair or routine maintenance.
An AWD Mini Countryman was on the agenda. Spoke to Frank the week before and he guaranteed me they had two. When I entered the showroom, there it was: gorgeous, filled with the amenities I was looking for and the price range I had expected. All of the associates we dealt with were super friendly. I would highly recommend Mini of Tempe. Ask for Frank, he is very knowledgeable and will do his best to get a great deal for you.
I purchased a recently traded-in used Dodge Challenger at MINI of Tempe. Since my visit to the Valley was short, and the car was still undergoing dealership inspection, it required quite some coordination to get the car out of the shop, have it thoroughly driven and get the paperwork done in a timely fashion. I felt lucky to have Jason Oldenberg and the sales staff at MINI of Tempe assist me. I was able to test-drive the car multiple times, inspect the differential and transmission fluids in the service center, have an extra oil change, and even have a ride back to my newly purchased Challenger once I dropped off my rental car at PHX. I had been aware all along that I was a picky customer who had a lot of questions and who wanted to inspect every little detail of the vehicle he intended to buy. But Jason was there to answer all my questions. Chris from the finance office handled the paperwork efficiently and seamlessly. In sum, I felt welcomed, never pushed. I came away as a happy customer.

The best car buying experience my husband and I have ever been through. Found a used Subaru, emailed and got an answer immediately. We drove 120 miles to come see car and look at buying. No haggling, no messing around-we got a great price and we were on our way home shortly after. Great service--Will recommend from this day forward!!
They were really nice...even though they sold the Truck I came to look at, they really made an effort to help me find something else I might like..they weren't overzealous or bored by me once my choice vehicle was gone.
I recently paid a visit tomTempe Mini for service on my certified pre owned 2010 MINI S. with 40k miles. On my 1st oil change I found that the bolt securing the radiator overflow was broken, either by the previous owner or whomever changed the oil last. When I arrived the service advisor informed me of a campaign involving the installation of a turbo heat-shield and that my brake fluid required change. The service advisor told me he would have the tech look at the broken bolt, but he wasn't sure what the fix would be. Upon my return and inspection of the vehicle, I was not at all happy with how the damaged bolt was remedied. The service advisor told me that any other fix wouldn't be covered by warranty and unfortunately the remedy I was looking for would required much more than just replacing the bolt. he told me that with parts and labor the cost would near $1000!!! Needless to say I was not happy with a warranty good until late 2016. I expressed my unhappiness in an email and was contacted the following morning and advised of a meeting with the shop Forman. When I arrived, not only did I have the complete attention of the forman, but also the service manager. They were truly empathic and assured me I would be taken care of, and I was. I was immediately provided a loaner vehicle and 5 hours later my vehicle was repaired to my complete satisfaction! In addition, they noticed one of my windshield wipers was missing a portion of the shroud which they replaced for free. I sing your praises! I truly appreciate the Shop Forman and the Service Manager, they went out of there way to value their customer. Thank You

I love a new car, but hate the buying experience.....usually! But I bought my first MINI in 2003 and just traded it in for a 2018. Buying a car at MINI is not your USUAL buying experience. There were no games and no gimmicks for starters. Dana Halligan was our salesperson and she was incredible. I never for a moment felt pressured. She was very informative and helped me obtain the best financing. Even after the sale I have called her with operating questions and she couldn't be more accommodating. If you want an awesome, fun car to drive and a buying experience that shows respect head to MINI NORTH SCOTTSDALE and ask for Dana!!!
I first met Dana over the phone when I decided to actually begin the process to lease a new Mini. I had been a very satisfied Mini owner for 13 years and was still in my 2004 Mini at 167,000 miles. Dana was extremely helpful via phone and email and I was almost positive of my choice before I left my home in Tucson to finally lease my car. I have always liked the Mini dealerships for their cleanliness, fun colors and friendly personnel. As soon as I drove up I could see my car and knew that was the one for me. Dana was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the long paperwork process and has been in touch quite frequently offering help and reminding me that I can call on her for any questions I may have. So far I love my new Mini and am slowly plowing through the manual to find out a manner of things.
I had an issue with a part I bought from Mini. They warranty their parts for 24 months and mine failed after 25 months. They did right by me with no hassles! Sean the Service Manager was sympathetic and incredibly helpful. I have always gotten great service there. The facilities are very comfortable and they provide nice loaner cars. I hear horror stories about so many dealerships. It's nice to be able to write a glowing review of one!
I don't have much to report either way; good or bad. Frankly, I'm not very observant or critical of any service provided by any vendor I do buiness with until a problem persists that can't or won't be resolved.
Mini of N. Scottsdale has met any problem my car has had with good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. I could point to the transmission replacement after only owning my Mini for a few weeks as case in point where it could have made my Mini experience an "uh oh, here we go!" situation. The problem did take a longer than expected timeframe, however, Mini kept me updated as to the cause which made sense and provided a very nice loaner vehicle that made the extended repair time of little or no inconvenience. When the car was ready it really was ready as no problems persisted and the car has been all that I could have expected and more. Best car I have ever owned, and will likely remain that way for many many Minis and years to come.
Can't think of a car I'd rather own or a dealership with which to do business.
Everyone at Mini was great. I leased 3 years ago, and James Kelly was our Sales guy. He is now the GM, but was still very willing to assist with the new lease and was helpful. His entire team did a great job. The lady in finance was especially nice and efficient.
We couldn't be happier with our experience at MINI North Scottsdale. It was Fun picking out My daughters first new car with Paul Ebeyer and Tracey had us out of there so quickly !It was a great experience for us! Truthfully I always drag my feet in going to a dealership,but this one will make you want to go back!
