2014 MINI Roadster review
I have only owned this vehicle for about seven months so far, but it is SO much fun to drive with the top down. The interior is a fun layout with buttons located in easy reach, and it's just a blast. I'm a large man - 6'1" and 275, and I still fit very nicely in it. Great leg room, surprisingly large trunk, and just fun! The only drawback I can see to this car is the visibility with the top up is awful. That said, the car is designed to be driven with the top down, so that makes sense!

2018 MINI Countryman review
LOVE this car! Feels deluxe and fun to drive! It's as big as any other SUV, lots of stowage for trips. Drive in Standard Mode, ECO Mode, Sport Mode. High technology inside, Bluetooth, diagnostics, alert settings, too many bells & whistles to name them all. Built-in alarm & tracking system. Mini Logo door lights. Very reliable, won't leave you stranded.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
2018 MINI Countryman review
Purchased this used for my son at a great value and it is a very engaging car to drive. Whats remarkable is how it has almost everything my BMW X7 has in terms of tech. It has plenty of pep and the ride is what I expected for a sporty small vehicle. Interior room is more than expected and the sunroof is much quieter than my BMW that you will forget its open. The build quality is better than any vehicle in this segment and MPG is better than what they list on the specs. Handling is precise and braking is grabby until you get used to it. The only negative is the Run Flat tires which I will replace.

The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

2018 MINI Countryman review
Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

2019 MINI Convertible review
i figured this nimble convertible would be fun, and it is, but it is also reliable. 72k miles, virtually nothing but regular maintenance to date. I love driving it, as evidenced by my mileage. Radio, A/C and instruments are very good. my overall experience has been great. shortcomings: blind spot with top down. car chugs and lurches if you engage it withot counting to 10 when starting. dealer says no fix available. upright windshield shows a lot of tiny stars.

2013 MINI Coupe review
I actually own 2 MINI Coupe models, and absolutely love driving them both. These cars emphasize FUN! The steering and road handling is tight (not at all “squirrelly”) The agility is similar to a “Go Kart” making it a pure joy to drive. Although it is the most mini of the MINI, this coupe delivers ENORMOUS FUN! The model has been discontinued, which makes the car very unique, rare and perhaps collectible.

The most impressive thing about STAN was the way handled uncontrollable things that would pop-up. Another key was how he insisted that I do a pre-purchase inspection with any mechanic to insure I was comfortable with my purchase. I did and was very satisfied with that whole process as well. 2019 MINI Convertible review
This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.
2017 MINI Countryman review
I've owned this MINI Countryman Cooper S for several years, and it has been one of my favorite vehicles I've ever owned. I had always wanted a MINI, and after owning one, I can honestly say I have no regrets. What surprised me most was how comfortable it is. I've taken multiple long road trips in this vehicle, and unlike some cars I've owned in the past, I never felt stiff or uncomfortable after spending hours behind the wheel. The seats are supportive, and it's a great vehicle for both daily driving and longer journeys. The handling is outstanding. Such an amazing dealership! Found the car I wanted on Car.com and went to go check it out. Made a 2pm appointment with Zora for inspection and test drive. Upon pulling up to the dealership we noticed that there was no lot. All the cars are kept inside. I thought that was great because it keeps the cars clean and protected. We saw the Audi A4 that we were interested in and man was it clean. It was a 2008 with only 70k miles on and it was immaculate. We inspected the car and Zora just let us do our thing. He didn't hover over us like some other dealers. He left is alone and just popped in every now and again to see how we're doing. Zora let my wife and I take the car for a test drive while he stayed at the dealership. After the test drive we fell in love with the car. We worked out an amazing deal!!! Zora was willing to listen to our offer and we came up with the right numbers. This entire time we felt absolutely no pressure. Zora was attentive, patient and professional. A day later an oil sensor warning light came on. I called Zora and even though the car was sold as is with no warranty he told us to bring the car back and he would take care of it. He brought it to a certified mechanic and replaced the part with a genuine OEM Audi sensor free of charge. Problem solved. I mean who does that. If your interested in buying a new car come check out ZRV Auto. Clean facilities, clean cars, no pressure, great deals.

Love my Mini Clubman. Everyone wants to go in my car! I have 65,000 miles and have had no issues. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance only from MIni as I have observed regular mechanics scratching their heads after lifting the hood!

2016 MINI Countryman review
This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

2009 MINI Cooper S review
I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual?
