Greg was super, no pressure very laid back and he made me feel so comfortable an very outgoing. He was so helpful, that I ended up finding and buying my Acura MDX, he had it all detailed and paperwork ready when I came to pick it up.. Owning this Mini Cooper Clubman has been a great experience. There is a lot ore room inside than you think, especially after you fit three golfers and three sets of clubs inside and no one complains. Great performance , power and unbelievable mileage. When you close the door you feel the weight and craftsmanship of car. It is like a Mini "Porsche" without the price tag. Great performance and power that sets you back in the seat. Try driving one and you will want to buy it.

I used to own a Mini Cooper several years ago. I felt so great getting into my little convertible and zipping around town. Heated seats meant I could drive with the top down later into the fall. Just flat out gorgeous look on the outside of the car. The inside while being compact, still had leg room for my 6.1? guy to not feel squished. It had a back seat big enough for kids but not really adults, and that was perfect for me.
Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.

I love my car. It is very very good on gas. I love that it moves quickly when necessary. My car is very comfortable and a great car for travel.
The service from Nick starting from the time I walked into the dealership was outstanding. He is wicked smart about BMWs and explained everything in a professional manner. I will definitely purchase my next car from him.

The car is good. Still to much interior road noise from the tires and lack of sound proofing. I have a 2012 F150. You don’t here a thing inside. You just enjoy the ride
Everybody looks for different things while purchasing a car. My biggest pet peeve about most dealerships is they want you to buy TODAY. Dean Stathes answered my questions and most importantly didn't pressure me for a sale. I did my homework and now I'm the owner of a sassy, seaside blue, convertible 230i and I'm thrilled.

I got my Mini Countryman new in 2015 and I just loved it and I still do, fast forward to now 2018 I have a 1yr old baby and every time I get him out of the car seat he is drench in sweat even though I am freezing with a full AC blowing, I always wonder why is he sweating when I am freezing... Well, the reason why is because there are no vents in the back seat of the countryman and air can't get to him, and I just thought he was a hot sweaty baby. No wonder he hates it when I try to but him on the car seat, he also hates it when the windows are down just a little while driving. Since discovering this BAD engineering in the countryman I have place a fan so, my baby is always comfortable and I am currently looking into trading it in my country man for a car that has vents in the back seats . :-(
Paul and all the team at the BMW store are all first class folks. From my initial email on availability to closing the deal in a timely manner the entire staff was professional and overwhelmingly helpful. I have never had a dealership experience like this before! Way to go team, keep it up.

Amazing car. So cool and cute at the same time. It drives just like a BMW with all the options added in. Can't recommend the Cooper S any more than is possible. The turbo charge is incredible and the drive is immaculate.
Great experience. Paul got me a great deal on a really awesome car. Overall leasing process took me less than 40 minutes and in a very short time I was out on the road with my new car.

Before buying the Mini Cooper Countryman base model, 1.5 liter engine, I compared it to an an Audi Q2 which was another option in a crossover, but the Q2 does not have the passenger space of the countryman. Although many reviews say the base model has less power than the S anda pokey engine, for my purposes it has plenty of zip even with a full passenger load. I drive it in the mountains and it has plenty of power. It especially gets gas mileage on the freeway.
I have purchased 6 BMW's from this dealer and it's always been an a very good experience. Ric and Dean are exceptional marketing/sales people. In fact, the entire organization is exceptional. With regard to professionalism and personal attention there is none better!

This car suits me perfectly. This is my 3rd Mini - I've been a loyal customer for many years. First I owned the convertible. As much fun as it was to have, it wasn't practical. There was very little space for cargo or passengers. Then I had the Countryman and it was perfect. I didn't think I could do better until I got my second Countryman and this time bought the Sport. It's an incredible ride. I have great control behind the wheel. And although I don't have the convertible anymore, I have the sunroof and I love the look of the hardtop.
There is another dealer in town but the BMW store is the place to make a purchase of this nature. From Dean our sales person who was always professional, very helpful and never pushy to Ric the Sales Manager who did what it took to re-earn our business. This was my wife's 50th Birthday, we picked out what she wanted, had it ordered, it arrived on time with a pretty bow on top. She was excited and I was very happy with how well she was treated. My concern in buying this car was how smooth the ride would be as our Countryman was not a smooth ride and you feel every bump. Not a problem with this Clubman. The ride is smooth and comfortable. The only things missing I would like would have been a remote start for the winter and memory seats for when my spouse drives my car.
Got the car I wanted for a good price. Very good communication and a very smooth process. Paul understood my needs and found the car that best fit those needs.

I am looking to replace a BMW X3 with manual transmission. Not many cars fit the small SUV niche with manual transmission. But the Countryman S does! Though, I think I'll buy the 2017 rather than the 2016, just to get a wee bit more space.
From the moment you step inside the dealership's showroom you'll feel welcomed. A sales associate came over immediately to answer questions, but not push for a sale. Follow-up emails and phone calls were mindfully sent by them as a thanks for stopping in and an offer to help out on my personal timing. When I made the decision to move forward, my sales associate, Brian DiPaolo, worked hard to answer specific questions immediately and researched others right on the spot. He went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable with the design of the car since one didn't exist in the showroom. He helped to take much of the anxiety out of a large purchase. Equally, the Sales Manager, Ric Koresky, took time to introduce himself and offer his assistance as needed. It was a nice touch to feel welcomed from all areas of the dealership. His generosity at the close of the sale was greatly appreciated. Having an end touch point with the Sales Manager completed their professional service as he went out of his way to let me know he appreciated me choosing to purchase a car from their dealership. Picking up the car was an exciting experience with lots of nice touches. Jemar DuBose patiently and thoroughly went through the finances of purchase and took his time explaining additional service warranty options never pushing one way or the other for an additional sale. There's lots of paperwork to manage, but Jemar had a way of keeping things orderly and clear to understand. By the time you meet with Matt Garman to go over the specifics of driving this amazing car, you do feel a bit worn out, but the touch point is important to go over a few basics. Matt realizes there's a lot to learn about this highly technical car and does a nice job of going over just what's necessary to safely drive home. He reassures you that he's just a phone call away and strongly suggests going back to the dealer another day for a designated tutorial. This dealership has the right mix of enthusiasm, attention to detail, and professionalism which makes one have "NO buyer's remorse" when purchasing a high end vehicle from them.

Mini Countryman (Cooper) is very spacious, well-designed and comfortable.
The chassis is superb and stable with a very precise and sporty but compliant.
Based on the BMW X1, the Mini Countryman has a great platform.
Space and utility is great as are the rear power tailgate with kick opening and auto trans.
Wish I had bough the "S' version with 189hp and bigger more powerful brakes - both of which are well needed. Style in green with white roof and stripes and proportions are perfect.
I test drove all the different models of this car & instantly knew I wanted it but I needed 4 doors because no room in the back of the 2 door, the sunroofs give the illusion of a bigger car. It's so much fun to drive, the sport option makes it very nippy. I love the style too. Comfortable seating & lots of extra options made it the perfect car for me. You can park it anywhere. Awesome!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Fun to drive, plenty of room. Great features. Nice cargo area! Nice acceleration. Rugged and built like a bull. Love the twin turbo engine and sunroof.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. GREAT LITTLE CAR. EXCELLENT FUEL MILEAGE AND DYNAMITE PERFORMANCE. ROOMY 4 DOOR BUT NOT HUGE LIKE AN SUV. THIS IUS MY SECOND MINI AND THEIR RELIABILITY IS TERRIFIC.
I found our new RX350L using cars.com. Nikki contacted me and we worked out a deal. I drove 5.5 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival Nikki had everything ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised that the deal was exactly as we discussed and there were no miscellaneous up charges. If there would have been I would have left instantly. I didn’t pass an employee at the dealership without receiving a sincere greeting. There was also a very nice waiting area with refreshments. My purchase experience was simple and quick. Nikki even arranged for my rental car to be picked up. Even this dealership is 5.5 hrs away I will definitely give them an opportunity to make the deal on my next Lexus.
