Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
2021 MINI Hardtop review
It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

2016 MINI Hardtop review
After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. I purchased a 2018 Ram in October. I took possession of the truck the same day. I went to use the truck two days later and it had a dead battery. I called sales and they asked if I could get the truck to the dealership. I was able to jump the truck. Piazza took the truck right in and checked the battery which tested bad. They replaced the battery with no charge to me. I also had a water problem in the cab. This seems to be a big problem Ram has had for years but have not fix the problem. I called sales again. Since I had the truck for only one month they made an appointment for me to bring it in. Piazza checked for leaks and found a pressure vent in the rear fire wall and the rear window were leaking. I talked with a service rep by the name of Alex. Alex kept in touch with me every day letting me know what was going on. They had to pull the rear seats to replace the vent and a new rear window was replaced. The window had a sliding window. When I went to pick up the truck I was expecting to pay for the repair but Alex placed a form in front of me and asked me to sign. At the bottom of the form were all zero's. I asked if I had to pay something and his reply was no you only had the truck for a month. I even tried to compensate or offset the cost for the service but Alex said no thank you. I am so pleased with how Piazza handled the service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again. I give Piazza a 10 out of 10.

2018 MINI Countryman review
Purchased this used for my son at a great value and it is a very engaging car to drive. Whats remarkable is how it has almost everything my BMW X7 has in terms of tech. It has plenty of pep and the ride is what I expected for a sporty small vehicle. Interior room is more than expected and the sunroof is much quieter than my BMW that you will forget its open. The build quality is better than any vehicle in this segment and MPG is better than what they list on the specs. Handling is precise and braking is grabby until you get used to it. The only negative is the Run Flat tires which I will replace.

2019 MINI Clubman review
I LOVED my Mini Convertible but when the lease was up I decided to get something a little bigger to better fit my golf clubs AND my granddaughter and her stuff. When my lease expired I looked at lots of makes and models not knowing what I wanted... I came back to Mini Cooper and I love the huge panorama roof on the Clubman. There is enough room for my golf clubs to fit in the very back and I still have room for passengers. I love the zip of the turbo engine when I have it in Sport mode. The interior finishes are more upscale than other cars I looked at and the Infotainment system is very clear and easy to use. I got a really good price on a 2019 with very low miles. I feel like I got a good deal. It feels more sophisticated than my Mini Convertible. The Bose music system is great. I haven’t missed my convertible yet...I’m excited to drive it!

2013 MINI Coupe review
I actually own 2 MINI Coupe models, and absolutely love driving them both. These cars emphasize FUN! The steering and road handling is tight (not at all “squirrelly”) The agility is similar to a “Go Kart” making it a pure joy to drive. Although it is the most mini of the MINI, this coupe delivers ENORMOUS FUN! The model has been discontinued, which makes the car very unique, rare and perhaps collectible.

2016 MINI Hardtop review
I got a wonderful car from Imported Motor Cars in Maine. It’s a beautiful car, incredibly fun to drive, and surprisingly fits tall folks well (my husband is 6’5”). The 2016 model is high in reliability according to CR, and I haven’t found it to be different. It has great gas mileage and is pretty good in snow.

2018 MINI Countryman review
Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.
