2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I want to give a huge shout and thank you to Johnson Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA. We had a mechanical issue happen with our truck and was headed to get the part we thought would fix it, we saw the bay doors open to the service department and ventured over to see if we could get assistance. Instead of being told again after the first 10 we stopped to talk to "service is closed, come back Monday", we got the owner, Adam Johnson who said, let me help you out. He immediately got on the phone to one of his technician who was home with a sick baby, he spoke with us about the issue it could be and sent one of his fellow techs to help. Surprised to us, the young man on the phone showed up well as the one he had asked to come in. The young men worked on our truck trying to fix this issue so we could finish running our load of heat supplies to WNC. Needless to say they couldn't fix the issue the same day, but they helped us remedy getting the supplies to WNC. The owner, gave us the keys to a brand new Chevrolet pickup to take the load to WNC, no charge!!!! Glory to God this family business saved us and helped us above and beyond to get the job done. If anyone needs a Chevrolet or is thinking of buying one... Go as fast as you can to this dealership, I can only imagine the service you will receive and support you will receive from them, after they have done this for us. Many thanks to all who helped us there, the owner, Adam Johnson. Jake Helms and Hunter Davidson, the 2 young technicians who did everything they could to fix our issue... You all are amazing and we are so grateful to have met you all.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Over the past month I have been looking at the 2021 4Runner, which I recently completed the purchase. I visited several Toyota dealers and spoke to quite a few sales people about this vehicle. I was very happy with the deal we were able to make on this SUV. It was a great value! Everyone I met at this dealership was kind and well informed about the product they were selling. It was very clean, organized, and efficient. Mrs. Dawn Grubs had exceptional knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. Unlike the other sales people I dealt with at other Toyota Dealerships, she was interested in making sure I purchased the vehicle that fit my needs, not just one that was in stock. Overall I was impressed how the staff worked as a team to help me select and purchase my 4Runner. No one pressured me or rushed me to make a decision. No matter who I asked for help I never heard "let me find someone else to help you" or "you can ask your sales person" like at the other dealerships I visited. I checked around and other had expressed confidence in working with your dealership. I found a 4Runner that I liked and I was presented with a great deal on it. Unfortunately, within a few hours it was sold to someone else. Mrs. Grub's positive attitude shined through as she told me her team would find a better one, and they would work hard to make sure it was the best deal they could make. She answered all my questions, and we were able to order a new one in the color I wanted. 2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.
