BMW MINI of AnnapolisReviews
BMW MINI of Annapolis review
nnapolis BMW Service Center is great. I made an appointment for a routine maintenance check-up. Mr. Paul Abel performed my intake. He was friendly, respectful and efficient. When my car was ready I received a text that identified what was evaluated and the condition of major systems. The car was returned to me on time with a nice surprise - The car exterior had been washed and polished. The interior had been cleaned and detailed. I highly recommend BMW of Annapolis.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
Andrick was very nice and very helpful. I don't have the best credit or a good down payment but he did everything possible to get me into a car. Very helpful!

Drew was fantastic to work with and was very personable, attentive, and helpful throughout the whole carbuying process. He went above and beyond in securing us the best price on a new car and advocated for us to receive all eligible discounts. Negotiation was very straightforward and he was able to honor the prices we had previously discussed without any surprises. I would definitely recommend working with him!

Although I did not purchase from them (the car I was interested in sold) their professionalism and follow up to all of my online questions were outstanding.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

The entire team at Jim Schmidt was awesome to work with. We came in from 3 hours away and they had the car and the entire deal ready to go. Wade worked hard to get us the best price and the finance team did amazing work to get us the lowest available interest rate.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Heritage Hyundai Towson review
Heritage Hyundai of Towson provided amazing assistance in helping us by our new vehicle. We worked directly with Ayala to review inventory, pricing and schedule a test drive. We were drawn in because they were so easy to work with and motivated to help us. After the test drive, it was a seamless transition to financing and then out to our new, detailed truck! A big shout out also to Davon for helping us get this process started! Everyone - everyone - worked as a team at this dealership and that makes everything go smoother (and fast)! We will look to Heritage Hyundai when we replace our second vehicle because of this attention to detail and care. Thanks again to the entire staff for making it such a great experience!

By far the best car buying experience I have had. Big E our salesman, worked hard to get us approved for financing and explained everything clearly along the way. His professionalism, honesty, and friendly attitude made a huge difference. If you are looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares, definitely ask for Big E. I couldn’t be happier with my experience highly recommend. Thank you!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Group 1 Toyota Bowie review
I had a great experience at Toyota of Bowie! A.F. was my service advisor. He was courteous and made sure I was updated on the process of the repair. My vehicle needed an oil change, four tires, front end alignment, and battery. I was given an estimate and the final price was below the estimate. When I dropped my vehicle of, I was offered an Uber to my home. When the vehicle was ready for pick up, the Uber returned. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service! The service was excellent!
