Would have given 5 star and I won't completely fault the dealership. My credit union drug their feet in communicating which extended the time there. The car was just as described, clean inside and out. Just purchased a week ago and so far so good.

2022 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!

2022 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Own 2 2022 Outlanders. Both have been great. More bells and whistles than I’ve ever had. View is great and interior is awesome. Seats and driving position are excellent. 360 camera and all the sensors make parking easier. Fits so much. 3 issues I have is no spare tire, center console trim comes undone over time and both had shaking hoods that was part of a recall that took a while to get fixed.

I dropped off my car to have regular maintenance and annual inspection. Service Mgr. Kevin Rogers and Javier, were exceptional. I felt my car was in great hands, I was dropped off work and picked up without having to miss any work. I believe they had my car's best interest, without getting the feeling I was being over charged or having unnecessary work done on my vehicle.
2022 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

GENESIS OF NW SAN ANTONIO review
We recently purchased a Genesis GV80 Coupe from Poli, and I can confidently say it was the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, Poli was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the vehicle. He took the time to walk us through every single detail—top to bottom—making sure we understood all the features, options, and technology packed into this incredible car. Poli didn’t just sell us a vehicle—he delivered an experience. His patience, thoroughness, and honesty made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is this committed to customer service. We absolutely love our GV80 Coupe and are so grateful to Poli for making it happen. If you’re in the market for a new car and want someone who truly knows their stuff and puts your needs first, go see Poli. Highly, highly recommended!

Have bought 4 cars since 2015 from covert cadillac. Its nice to see the same faces there everytime. Great experience everytime. Everyone makes you feel like your their own customer.. jason bruce, sales mngr, jerry durant in finance, al mathews in sales, jeff payne in tech, and adam deleon service advisor. Even the receptionist and the ladies who handle the paper work make you feel like a million bucks. I have seen the same faces for years. To me that says something about this dealership.
