Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

I Found the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in white with black interior that I wanted online at this Jack Giambalvo Hyundai dealership. They are a good 4 1/2 hour drive away from where we live. There were none of these specific Palisades available in our area so we called first thing on a Saturday April 26, 2025 morning & got extremely lucky!! A very pleasant & knowledgeable salesman, COLTON ALLISON, answered their phone. We had to be absolutely positive that what I wanted & saw online was the EXACT car they had for sale on their lot. Thankfully, Colton immediately got back to us & texted me the vin & pictures for verification that it was indeed the EXACT CAR I WANTED. Within 20 minutes Colton had emailed me applications needed to be filled out & to run a credit check as we got on the road to make the long 4 1/2 hour drive to York, PA. I explained we did not want to make a wasted trip so we needed him & his boss & their dealership people to “please” be sure all of our paperwork was ready before we arrived. We wanted to sign everything, give them a check, use their Hyundai Finance Company and within 1 hour turn back around & DRIVE MY BRAND NEW PALISADE the 4 1/2 hours back Home. Colton was extremely efficient & stuck with it. He kept up with putting all of my information into his computer to make the purchase happen. He even did a 3-Way call with myself & my insurance agent as we were about 1/2 way there, to be sure our agent got the correct VIN # & car info to be added immediately to our current car insurance policy. We needed that done to be able to drive the car back home. We arrived promptly at 2:33pm & signed ALL of the papers necessary to buy the car. Anyone buying a new car knows that’s quite a stack of paperwork but Colton & their team had everything ready. We finished within an hour 15 minutes & by 3:45pm on that same Saturday DROVE MY Brand NEW 2025 white PALISADE CALLIGRAPHY HOME. This dealership’s crew with very little notice even washed & swept the car & filled up my gas tank knowing we had a LONG DRIVE HOME. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciated everything they did to make buying a brand new car from the start of my Saturday morning to the 3:45pm finish of driving it away as easy & as pleasant as possible. Many Thanks to our Salesman Colton Allison & to his boss for being so reasonable over the phone with the price & to the dealership for getting all the finance & paperwork handled, to the detail guys & whoever filled up my gas tank. The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

I purchased my Outback Premium in 2022 new. Liked the color. silver, and didn't want moonroof or a lot of extras that could break. Bad battery experience has really disappointed our experience although the cars performance and comfort has not.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Everyone was wonderful! They were very responsive and knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought as well as the one I was trading in. Super family friendly and were super accommodating when I had to bring my small children with me! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

My service writers, Jamie and Derek have always been the best examples of customer focus but on this visit, I had some issues related to the high level AI quality of my Q5, that Jon personally took the time to explain to me how to solve the matter after the service people did their usual first-class job with the diagnostic check. 2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

Had a very nice , pressure free approach from the sales team and the finance department. Got us the exact car we wanted for a really decent price.

Such a great overall car. 2.0 turbo, almost beat a sedan BMW in a race..LOL. Very very comfortable, They have ACTUAL HVAC, into the back 3RD row so they aren't always hot or cold. They are very quiet inside or driving around. Smooth like a Lexus. Recommend now my whole family has a ATLAS
