Arriving at a good number for both. Never pushy nor upsold. We didn't 1hr45mins total out the door! Surprisingly simple, straight fwd, filled up gas tank, washed and treated, and finance manager was the fastest. Compared to our last lease in 2022, unsold and had to speak with Sales manager about obvious charges to removed and still monthly partner was up...etc. this was compelling and simple and pleasant process. I needed to make a car purchase decision quickly because my previous car was destroyed in an accident. I wasn't thinking of a Mercedes but I could not find the right car in the other brands I was considering. I located a low-mileage CLS450 and was shown the car by Remington Logue. I liked the car and found Remington to be very easy to work with. Also, Zach Hill did a great job explaining the workings of the car to my wife and me. I don't usually buy extended warranties and pre-paid maintenance programs but, in this case, it fit my circumstances to do so. If my future service experiences measure up to my purchase, I will feel that this is one of my best car-buying experiences.

Called in need of a price to install a kit of cables for my wife's EOS. After several failed attempts and unreturned calls i reached Vince M late on a friday. he took the time to understand what i needed. Turns out Berge doesn't do this type of service on the convertible top but he assured me they had someone nearby who does all their work. as it was late in the day the other business was closed and Vince promised to follow up and call me with a price monday morning. Lo and behold on monday morning I got a call from Vince with the installation quote. Thanks Vince for following through on your commitment!

So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

Great Service, I was told in other dealerships to wait between 6 and 12 months to get a GLE, Phil from Mercedes of Scottsdale found a brand new GLE in 30 minutes, not only the one I was looking for, but also with AMG accessories. When I picked the SUV, Phil also included all weather mats for me. Definitely a great purchasing experience!

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
