2026 Honda Pilot review
We purchased this vehicle on the recommendation of our trusted mechanic. We did our research and the Pilot has not disappointed. The ride is smooth, and comfortable. There is so much interior space, and the cargo area is larger than our Explorer. Best purchase ever.

First Texas Honda review
I have gone to First Texas Honda for over 20 years and have always received great service. Today my service advisor was Kenneth, and he was polite, knowledgeable, and had excellent communication skills. My car was ready in a short period of time. I am glad that the service of my car was made so easy! I am moving out of state and I only hope that the Honda Dealer in my new state is as excellent as First Texas Honda has been for me!
2026 Honda Accord Hybrid review
Perfect car. Unique and SIMPLE hybrid system that just plain makes more sense than any other. Drives well. Softer leather than in previous accords. I have the exl trim.

Mercedes-Benz of South Austin review
????? A Remarkable Improvement ? This Is the Mercedes-Benz Experience I Remember I previously shared some concerns regarding my experience at Mercedes-Benz of South Austin, so I believe it is equally important to recognize when meaningful improvements are made. During my most recent visit, I was genuinely impressed by the positive changes in the level of attention, professionalism, and customer service. The experience felt noticeably more organized, welcoming, and customer-focused. The staff was attentive and professional, communication was better, and I once again felt the level of hospitality and personal attention that should accompany the Mercedes-Benz name. It was refreshing to see that the customer experience has clearly been given greater priority. What impressed me most was not simply receiving good service, but seeing such a significant improvement from my previous experience. It demonstrates that feedback can be heard and, more importantly, acted upon. That deserves recognition. Mercedes-Benz represents more than an exceptional automobile?it represents a standard of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail. This visit reflected those values much more strongly and restored my confidence in Mercedes-Benz of South Austin. Congratulations to the team for the improvement. Please continue in this direction. This is the Mercedes-Benz experience customers expect, appreciate, and remember. ?????

2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

Very happy with my experience with the Repair service advisor I had. He could tell I was in a rush and did everything he could to make the process move quickly so I could still make it to my son?s football game.
2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
Generally, a great ride. Love driving on the highway. This is my second Benz SUB. A lot of technology and tips to go, but Mercedes is still about classy simplicity which I absolutely love. The issue I am having now at just over 8,000 miles is a squeaky rear heat shield, and knocking and rattling going over speed bumps or uneven road. Taking it to the dealer for the fix.

Mercedes-Benz of South Austin review
Justin and his team were able to get my car in and repairs were started in a timely manner. The video review of cars problems provided real time information and feedback about the car problems. The update site was awesome I knew exactly what was happening with the vehicle every day.I wasn't able to get a loaner car on the day of drop off but they were able to give me one a few days later. Overall they were very helpful and friendly throughout this whole process. The repair was costly but I feel they were able to get the car fixed and to where I was comfortable with the vehicle. I definitely appreciate and recommend Mercedes of South Austin. Great dealership. Clean, comfortable and reliable. Thank you Dawn W. & Rick W.

The staff is always there to assist and explain what is the best for your vehicle. I don’t ever feel pressured to make a decision. They make me feel like they have my best interest in mind. I have owned Hondas since 1985 and had them serviced by different dealerships but First Honda has been the best. My compliments to Luis and Arturo in Services for working with me. And I want to also thank Arron for helping me look for my next car.

2027 Honda HR-V review
I went from a 2017 Honda HR V with 113,000 miles to a 2027 Honda HR V with 7 miles and I love it! I hated to say good bye to my 2017, but when they offered me $7,000.00 on a trade in, I decided I had gotten my money's worth out of my first one and it was time to upgrade. I went with a black exterior and a black leather interior so that I could have the sun roof. Nothing better than turning on the heated seats and opening the sun roof on a sunny 40 degree day in January. This model is a bit bigger and I appreciate the extra size. I loved my 2017 and I really love my 2027!

Came in for service, and we greeted by Pablo. He was very charismatic, and welcoming. He brought me to my advisor Bryan, he was able to identify me by my key...amazing! He walked me through the services, and provided me an accurate time for completion. Vehicle was serviced, washed, and vacuumed in just a hair over the 90mins quoted. I appreciate the transparency, and care given by both Pablo and Bryan, and look forward to my future services at BMW.

BMW of South AustinReviews
BMW of South Austin review
Outstanding experience at Hendrick BMW of South Austin! I recently purchased a BMW here, and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, Michael McKenery was absolutely awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we found the right fit. He even followed up after the sale to make sure we were loving the car, which says a lot about how much he cares about his customers. The entire dealership was professional, welcoming, and easy to work with. Honestly, it’s one of the best dealerships I’ve done business with. If you’re in the Austin area and looking for a BMW, ask for Michael. You won’t be disappointed!

BMW of South Austin review
My experience at this dealership was great from start to finish. I'm usually someone who specs exactly what I want and factory orders it. When we discovered the 2026 order banks were already closed, I had written off the process and planned to wait for the 2027 models. Instead, Michael McKenery put in the extra work to locate nearly the exact spec I wanted within the dealer network. He reached back out, walked me through the single option I'd have to compromise on, and we put together a deal. The rest of the purchase was completely seamless, with zero pushy add-on tactics in the finance office. Overall, Michael and the team genuinely care about customer satisfaction and getting you into the right car.

CAG - Austin INFINITI review
I brought my car in for a routine oil, change and left with so much more. My experience from start to finish was great starting with Ruben my advisor. He got me situated in the waiting area where I was able to enjoy some coffee and take a work meeting. By the time my service was done they had cleaned my car, filled a tire with air that needed it, and recommended some services to me. I always enjoy my experience at this location. Highly recommended.

Leif Johnson Ford of Buda review
In One Word "Wonderful"! From "Sir John Jones", who walked me through the process, to the service writer I engaged in a conversation about the truck I purchased, it was a pleasure. Even the finance meeting with AAA Charles was painless. Just Felt like good folks helping an old man through it. Personal attention to the vehicle Technology side of things, showing me how to operate all the Stuff, helped and they delivered the truck to Houston! Way to go, great Team. I buy and sell vehicles, every couple years, and will surely return to Buda!
2026 Ford Bronco Sport review
The Bronco Sport is one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. The different settings of G.O.A.T. Mode are awesome! (G.O.A.T. = Go On All Terrain) Normal, Slippery, Eco, and Off-Road. I have a hillside in my backyard. Previous vehicles (4x4's) sometimes had trouble maneuvering the hillside, but using the Off-Road mode, I am able to drive around my yard with no problem. I get between 26 and 32mpg on regular unleaded fuel. Probably the only thing I do not particularly care for is the lane assist. It is helpful, but also can be annoying! If you have the cruise set, the lane assist will keep you centered in the lane. However, if you attempt to switch lanes without using an indicator, the vehicle tries to keep you in the lane you were in when you set the cruise. The cargo area is awesome! I love the fact that there is a bit of a "lip" to prevent anything from sliding out of the back. It is amazing! The stereo is awesome. The bass is awesome and it's factory! One other thing I love about this vehicle is that it absolutely has the get-up-and-go when you want/need to kick it down and put distance between you and other vehicles. I also love that I have the option of opening the rear window if I do not feel like opening the entire back liftgate. My previous vehicle did not have that option.

We got the email about the software update. It totally changed options for the seats. Turned off the cooling/heating option and added the massage feature. My car does not have massage seats. Took 1 1/2 days to correct, but Autobahn took care of it. Just didn't expect it to take so long.
