I had routine maintenance done on my Encore. The service as usual was excellent. Very friendly and professional service staff. They are a pleasure to work with.

My 2026 Buick Envista is a delight to operate. I love the heated steering wheel and heated and cooling seats. The slick dash board is easy to read. The trunk lid has three choices for the distance the lid will rise when opened so I can set it to open safely in my garage. I like the blue stitching on the inside doors and seats. It matches perfectly with the Aquamarine Blue Metallic outside color. The ability to start the car from the outside is another favorite feature. The back seat passengers are comfortable. I thank the designers and give this new car 5 plus stars. I am very happy with my selection.

A quality dealership in all respects. Knowledgable personel in sales, finance, parts and service. We?ve been dealing with this dealership for nearly a decade since moving to RI. We have either purchased or traded in several vehicles with the promised hassle free process. Our vehicles are always serviced/repaired right the first time at a reasonable cost.

I recently had a wonderful experience buying from Girard Nissan. I've bought plenty of cars in the past from other dealerships and have had horror show experiences. Walking into Girard Nissan I felt welcomed and comfortable from day one. I found that they were very upfront about everything...the price of the car and all the fees included...there were no "hidden fees" or unknown charges. Carlo was so helpful and worked with me based on the budget I gave him. He was honest and upfront and went out of his way to meet me at the dealership even on his day off. Girard Nissan made sure that the car I was buying was in perfect condition and even took the time to fix any minor problems and detailed the car before sending me on my way. I have been coming to this dealership for some time now, sometimes for scheduled visits, sometimes for surprise visits like this last week when my check engine light came on. Jeremy and Gary worked with the technician to get my vehicle right in to find out we had a sensor go bad. The sensor was replaced and I was on the road in under 2hrs. So thankful they are there.

Chasetty Caez was amazing to deal with from start to finish. She answered any and all questions, even if she didn’t know, she found out. Got the vehicle we were looking for. Explained everything so we understood throughout the process, including the vehicle we purchased!! Went over everything. She’s the best!!

Great vehicle. Has great features and it is a very smooth ride. It is quiet on the road. Great gas mileage (over 28 mpg combination town and road).

One experience that really stands out is when I was in an accident and had to have my car towed. It was just before the service department was closing for the weekend, and I was expecting to be without a car for quite some time. But Steve made sure my vehicle was taken in immediately, and thanks to his quick action and dedication, I was back on the road the following week. That level of commitment and care is rare — and deeply appreciated. I visited multiple different vehicle dealerships and explain to everyone that I was not immediately looking to buy a vehicle but will be in the coming weeks due to relocating to Connecticut and Kia of Old Saybrook’s Custome Advocate Anthony Russo was extremely understanding and helpful through the whole process and ultimately the reason why I chose to go with Kia. Showed me multiple different models and was not pushy or overbearing at any point during the experience. After deciding on a lease for a new Kia Niro PHEV I dealt with the service manager Alex Pashchak to get the final financing paperwork done and he was also terrific and not pushy at all, explained all the extended warranty packages to me in detail and helped set one up that would work perfect for me in the future. Anthony made sure to introduce me to the service department and set up my first appointment with them before I left (they were also terrific) Anthony also made sure he’s been available over the phone anytime. I had any questions about the vehicle and even reached out afterwards to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and if I had any more questions. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anybody I know looking to buy a car to go to Kia of Old Saybrook and work with Anthony. Best experience I ever had buying a new vehicle!!
