Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. 2026 Honda Civic review
I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

2026 Honda Ridgeline review
Ridgeline Black Edition, the top-of-the-line model, is a great light utility vehicle that also makes a great daily driver. As comfortable to drive as a car. Gets good gas mileage for a truck and has many outstanding safety features, which is why I bought it again after owning two. Next year is going to be a major upgrade. The current model does not have all the features of the Honda Pilot, which has the same engine. Upgraded stereo, heated and cooled seats, and a place to charge your phone without connecting with a cable. Electronics are somewhat confusing because they are layered. Really good view out the front and side. Only black interior. Locked trunk in bed. AC outlet in bed. Quick in acceleration, 0-60 in about six seconds if needed. Steering is somewhat heavy and not exactly as precise as my last model. Overall, this is my third, and I keep coming back because it works for me. AWD can tow 5000 lbs. The black edition comes in three colors: Black, White, and Sonic Gray Pearl, which I bought, and many have commented on. Would I buy again or wait till next year when a hybrid comes out? I needed the safety features now, and the first year of a new edition generally is not that reliable.

2026 Acura MDX review
A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander review
Car is great so far except for a few things that are very disappointing. The defrost setting don’t stay on when remote starting the car. Dont know about AC yet The key fob remote range to start car is not good. Not happy with the Toyota app making me use a pass code to use my phone. Why not just a passcode to use the Toyota App.

2026 Honda CR-V review
Third Honda; second CR-V. I do of course think some things could be better like the speakers sounding a little better with more bass. The gas mileage isn't as great as my previous 2017 CR-V Touring or my previous 2025 Civic Sport but it was to be expected honestly. Usually you get better mileage as the car goes through the break-in period. I also think the infotainment could be a little better. Not sure if it was because the Civic had tighter steering but it feels loose in the CR-V. Honda plant where mine was built should have gone with a different tire brand because as soon as I can I am changing them; it has Hankook Kinergy GT

2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

2026 Mazda CX-30 review
So far the car is great. I do like the design of the CX30 more than the CX5, however, I love the full sunroof on the new CX5. I didn't think I would be able to get that in the CX30 but come to find out I could but I would miss out on the Bose speakers. I went for it and the standard speakers are good enough. They lack base is about it. As far as the shopping experience goes it was the best I ever experienced. I purchased the car from Hamilton Mazda in Hamilton NJ and the salesman was on point. Easy peezy. Mike Rees is the best salesman to date. I wasn't there all day, and he really worked with me. My credit isn't the best and the finance office did what they could to make it happen. Thank you for your professional services Mr. Rees and the Hamilton Mazda crew.
