Always make my visits easy. Never try and upsell and prioritize repairs that need to be done and what can wait. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and if you don?t want to wait they will get you home and back to dealership.

Very positive experience - low pressure and provided great guidance to help me choose a car that was perfect for me!
2027 MINI Hardtop review
This is a fantastic car. If you want a well-built, sporty small car with lots of personality and quirks this is hands down the best option. PROS: Speedy, great handling, distinctive body shape and exterior styling, great tech, comfortable and great fuel efficiency, bmw engineering at a discount, lots of personality and quirks, quiet interior, smooth on the highway CONS: Expensive, small, not a lot of cargo space, back seat is not comfortable on long trips, the touchscreen controls are complex, takes premium gas, maintenance and upkeep are bmw prices

BMW MINI of Albuquerque review
Last week we traded in our 2019 Mini Countryman for a new 4-Door Hardtop Mini. I could simply say that our sales rep Lawrence Chavez sold us the car, but it was more than that. He went out of his way to help us select from the stock on hand, to explain the varied features and our options, and to make us comfortable with our final choice and with the Mini App. He is an exceptional representative. Overall, we were treated well and are very happy with the staff of Sandia Mini--and with our new car.

Hendrick MINIReviews
Hendrick MINI review
I traded in my BMW M2 this week for a new 2027 JCW MINI at Hendrick MINI in Charlotte, NC. The MINI is such a fun car, and this makes the 4th MINI I have owned. The best part is dealing with Hendrick MINI and my MINI Motoring advisor Maria Diez. Maria helped a friend with her MINI purchase about 7 months ago. Maria was amazing with helping my friend. I recommend Maria if you need a MINI new or used. Thanks again to Hendrick BMW and MINI. I have been a satisfied customer with both Hendrick BMW and MINI for over 20 years.

South Bay MINIReviews
South Bay MINI review
I bought my mini there a few years back and got a great price from them on the purchase of my Countryman... no pressure, just honest dealing I continue to rave about the after sales service that South Bay continues to provie me. There is a new Mini Dealer closer to me in Santa Monica but I continue to drive 45 mins each way to SB, it is well worht the extra effort to me. I have never been disappointed with the care that has been extended to me. I need to give recognition to the service manager "Lino"... Even though my car is out warranty he is the main reason that I continue to bring my car to Southbay . He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to be certain that things are right for all of his customers...in fact, Lino and the service department will be the reason that when I am ready to purchase another Mini it will be because of the after sales servie etc. If you want a great price on a Mini as well as great service, South Bay in my opinion is the Only Way Best, Ben

Lawrence Chavez aka LoLo. Great sales person. Great service. Highly recommend to buy & allow him to help you. Long story short, visited in June & he listened & didnt push us to buy. We went back on Sept 20th and he helped my best friend buy his first mini cooper. LoLo went above & beyond! He took the time to show us all the bells and whistles & even said to text or call him with any questions. Lawrence is fabulous! Great communication skills, not pushy, he listened & was very very helpful. My best friend is ¹000% satisfied. Great car, Great salesperson, great finance guy, worth the wait. Ask for Lawrence.

MINI of The WoodlandsReviews
MINI of The Woodlands review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 MINI Countryman from MINI of the Woodlands, and Dina Kansowah deserves special recognition. Buying a vehicle sight unseen from 1,500 miles away requires a tremendous amount of trust. Dina earned that trust through clear and consistent communication, detailed videos, prompt answers and careful attention to the things that truly matter when making a significant purchase remotely. She made sure I could see and understand the vehicle’s condition, guided me through each step and never left me wondering what was happening next. Dina’s professionalism, transparency and personal attention gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. She turned what could have been a stressful long-distance transaction into a smooth and reassuring experience. I highly recommend MINI of the Woodlands—and especially Dina—to anyone considering a MINI, whether purchasing locally or from across the country. She is an outstanding representative of the dealership and the MINI brand.

BMW MINI of AlbuquerqueReviews
BMW MINI of Albuquerque review
We recently purchased a 2022 Denali and our advisor was Lawrence Chavez. He was wonderful to deal with from the very beginning until the end. We had our kids with us and he went out of his way to make sure each of us were taken care of through the process to include offers of drinks/snacks. This dealership is highly recommended thanks to Lawrence in itself. They clearly only hire the best of the best. Thank you for such a great experience.

Fabrizio was wonderful - he helped me figure out which car was right for me, even though it was less expensive. The purchase process was seamless as well!
