I went in with a lot of knowledge on what I was looking for, but she knew enough about the truck I mentioned to suggest other models that would fit my needs as well. She is very compassionate, knowledgable and professional. Sam also assisted in our sales process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. When it came time to discuss finances with the floor manager who spends 30 seconds giving a price on used cars, I almost walked away. I was lied to and insulted significantly, regarding our trade-ins and knowledge on pricing. We felt we were given the run-around and, had my fiancé not stepped in to mediate the conversation, I would have walked away and withdrawn the idea of ever purchasing a truck from this Murfreesboro GMC dealer. We also got home and found that our loan had been written for $2,000 higher than we agreed to - luckily they fixed it, but what if I hadn't caught that? Overall I am glad I purchased from this dealer, but I think my positive outlook on it would have been much different if we hadn't started off on the right foot with Madison.

Try high-octane gas; it will increase your mpg and make driving more enjoyable. CVT Plus is incredibly dependable and seamless. These are high-quality cars made in Japan. I hope this is useful.

I found the car of my dreams while searching on cars.com. Called the dealer and asked for Blake to get me some information on the car. Blake did a great job answering all my questions and working with the finance team to get me the right price. I flew from Fort Lauderdale to Nashville to pick up the car. Nissan sent Kwon to pick me up from the airport where he greeted me on time and even brought me a jacket as a cold front just pass through and I did realize it was going to be so cold. Once I got to the dealership Blake and Kwon answered all the questions I had. Kwon got me set up with the new MYNISSAN app, which im obsessed with! The clean team got my new ride super shiny!! Kwon and Blake took me for a ride and walked me around the car telling me about all the features it offered. Everyone in the dealership came over to say hello. The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!
