He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

I drove from far to see a Tesla that was sold before I got there. I was frustrated at first but Ms. Felicia the customer relations manager stepped in and genuinely was apologetic I wanted to make things right I appreciate her sincerity and she sent me over to the Orlando location where I bought my new Tesla with Eddie. Was missing a lock lug nut on one wheel. It cost $88 for a new set or $17 for a regular lug nut. They found an extra lug nut in the shop saving me $17.

This experience was very good. We met with Daniel and he was attentive as to what I was looking for regarding a new car. He showed me several; explained different options. We took a test drive in several models. I returned several weeks after test driving from other dealers. We closed the deal with Daniel which was very easy, no pressure.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

The car-buying experience was terrific! Both the salesman, Morris, and the finance gentleman (whose name unfortunately escapes me) were professional, helpful, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. I did have to bring my car back for an issue with one of the rear windows, but the repair was completed in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. My only suggestion for next time would be for the service writer, Peter, to walk me to my car after the repair, review the work that was done, and ask if I had any questions. Also, since my car was scanned when I dropped it off, I would appreciate a follow-up scan when picking it up to confirm that everything checks out. I also want to mention that I appreciated the complimentary car wash?it was a nice touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership for both repairs and purchases.

I decided on the 2026 Genesis GV80 after test driving a Cadillac Vistiq and Escalade IQ as well as a Lexus TX and found the comfort, quietness, and ride quality far netter in the Genesis. The only vehicle that came close to the GV80 was the Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Caligraphy which I was trading in.

Richard the service advisor and Brian the diesel mechanic worked as a team to get the vehicle properly diagnosed and properly repaired. Two other GM local dealers were not able/willing to help me.... even though this was a warranty issue?? There was even a code thrown that the mechanic had not seen and ultimately led to a TSB generated from GM!! All and all Richard and Brian were able to get things completed in a timely manner and I was very pleased with his continued communication along the way. Great Experience!!

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

This is my first Escalade and my wife and I love everything about this vehicle. We shopped other vehicles but decided on the Escalade and learning about the features and the ride quality. Have 5,700 miles and thus far everything has been outstanding. We purchased the Sport model and really like the way it looks both inside and out.
