Recently the department installed roof roof rails on our 2017 CRV. The work was professionally done in minimal time at reasonable expense. Our service rep, Chris Hughes, did an exceptional job keeping us apprised of status. He's personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra step. The type service rep you'd want working in your service department. We even use the Serra Honda service department for our second vehicle, a Mazda.
2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
Granted, I've driven less than 400 miles and I love it. The safety features, moonroof, A/C, audio system, appearance, headlights, all scream, "this is nice"! I don't regret purchasing this.

I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.
2026 GMC Canyon review
This purchase was a replacement for 2022 Honda Ridgeline. While the Canyon is much stronger when talking about the motor it lacks some the little extra details like cabin and tail gate storage. This truck is a bit less stable on the road when it is windy and it definitely consumes more gas. But overall it is a great mid-level truck, feels strong and looks great

2026 Toyota Camry review
This is the car to have for its segment. It’s beautifully designed. It’s reliable. It’s great on gas. I’m getting 43 mpg. It’s actually fast too with its torquey electric motors assisting its bullet proof 2.5 liter four cylinder. Comfortable leather interior is gorgeous.

2026 Honda Civic review
This is my third Civic and I believe it is the best one yet. The 2 Liter engine is smooth and powerful. The cabin noise is low and its handling very sporty. All the new safety features, like lane watch, blind spot warnings and rear back up camera really work well. The air conditioning is stronger too. A pleasure to drive. I recommend the hatch back.

George was our salesman and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgable about the cars and was very friendly to my little boys He was also very patient with us as we tried to figure out a budget and what we can afford. Finally we were set on a 2016 Escape. I test drove it and even for a big guy like myself, it was a fantastic vehicle. We went back in and crunched the numbers and came up with a deal. The finance manager Mike was again fantastic and worked his magic to get a payment within our budget. He has earned the Nickname Magic Mike from me. I am 125% satisfied with the staff at Sunset Ford. This was my second car from there and I am looking forward to buying my third. Hopefully it will be my new truck.

To start, Lou Fusz was the only local Ford dealership that was not price gouging this particular car with a ridiculous dealer markup, as it is against their policy. Secondly, even though the wait for the car was long (due to Ford?s production issues, not anything to do with the dealership), Kevin stayed on top of our order, kept in contact with us with any updates and made sure that once the car did arrive that it was handled/delivered just as we had requested it to be. We were very particular and demanding about this car and he did everything right. Most people, myself included, enjoy getting a new car, but don?t usually enjoy the buying process. After our experience with Kevin, we can?t wait to be in the market again for a car and look forward to working with him. He is professional, caring, and goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with everything. He is honest and trustworthy, which are not usually characteristics someone would think of when describing a salesperson. 2026 Ford F-250 review
We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

2026 Ford Mustang review
I recently purchased a used 2026 Ford Mustang Dark Horse and Love it. The mustang has really improved over the years in style, comfort and performance! The Color is Blue Ember and is a really beautiful color. The flakes in the paint really stand out in the sun. The Coyote Engine gives superb performance and really sounds Great! I Highly recommend getting one especially if you are looking for Performance and Style if you can’t afford a Shelby or a Rouche .To me you can’t go wrong with this High Performance Dark Horse Mustang!
