I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

Excellent Experience with Chase and David ! My wife and I have been looking at purchasing a new SUV with three rows for our travel and when our grandchildren are visiting. We looked at 4 other brands and test drove just a few of them. Our friends have a two row Grand Cherokee and another a Grand Wagoneer and they spoke very highly of them. As a result we started our search into the Jeep and was pleasantly surprised that the Grand Cherokee had a limited edition with 3 rows. We connected with Chase Firestone a Manager at New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and that started the best experience we've had in purchasing a vehicle. Chase along with David Meeks a sales associate provided us with a test drive on our first visit. First we drove the Limited and then the Overland and David came along with us and did a great job in communicating the features along with how Jeep up their game with the three rows and trims. We never felt pressured by Chase or David, in fact the opposite as it was a relaxing environment and communication. We were both pleasantly surprised by how much we liked them and were leaning towards the GC Limited. With that, we wanted more time to test drive and inspect it more thoroughly. Next day they set us up with a plate and ability to test drive by ourselves and we made our decision to go with the GC Limited. The next step in working on price etc. was as my wife said, "one of the most relaxed and pleasant experience we've had in buying a car". Both Chase and David were professional, personable and so easy going to work with and New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram are fortunate to have both on their team. After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

I ask a lot of questions, challenge any information that doesn?t make sense to me and expect honest, timely and transparent communication from the service provider. Latonya and the Orange Buick Service and Parts team exceeded my expectations! This was my first visit and happy that I have a trusted partner with my new-to-me Yukon XL.

Very friendly service. I was kept very well informed about the progress of my car repair. It was a comfortable environment to work in on my laptop and sip coffee during the repair time. In fact I stayed a few extra minutes to finish up on some of my work. Most enjoyable.

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

I took my car in as the steering wheel was making noise when turning to right/left. I just thought it needed some lubrication. George is my customer service rep & is Great! My Saturday appointment was a disappointment as the technician didn't have the time to complete diagnosis so George rescheduled my visit. They found out that the steering rack had gone bad (never had this issue with any of my cars before). They had to order the part & see if extended warranty would cover & it did-Thankfully!!! Holler provided a rental car as this was a lengthy process & I needed transpiration for work. This dealer & George are Fabulous! I bought my 2019 Civic Coupe here & only get it serviced here. I highly recommend this dealership & ALWAYS having an extended warranty!

It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

The only reason I am giving this dealership 5 stars is because of the service advisor, Eric Williams. Eric is the only advisor that picks up his phone, returns calls, is kind, efficient, professional, and truly cares. The other advisors never return calls. The service manager, Chris, also does not reply or return calls. They have lost selling me service contracts because they will not reply. Chris, the service manager, is always asking how can we gain your service again. Well, perhaps by providing stellar customer service which would include calling customers back especially if they ask for the manager. Mercedes Benz has not been the same since Ruben Santiago left.

Brought my brothers car for an oil change and they were quick and easy service manager came out and made sure all was good. I appreciated that. Salespeople trued to sell me a car but I assume that was normal dealership was pretty and clean I would go back.
