Justin Hetherington has been a great help to my wife and I over the last 4 years and this visit was no different. We wanted to sell a car and called to schedule a visit to get an offer. Justin once again made the process so smooth and easy, that we were in and out in less than an hour with a check for the amount within the number we wanted. He is probably by far the sales person that I would continue to see for anything related to buying a vehicle or in this case selling one.

I purchased the 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite model and am very happy with it. I love the many extras that this package has, especially the heat/cool seats, as well as the heated steering wheel. I love how roomy and comfortable the ride is in both front and passenger seats. I will definitely travel in this vehicle. This is a reliable and a good looking vehicle that I plan to own for a long time.

James River Ford is a top notch dealership. We live in California and found a dream vehicle there. We called and spoke with Brett Williams, he was amazing and kept the process simple. The next thing you know, we jumped on a plane and headed to Springfield Missouri. Brett picked us up at the airport and gave us some history of the area along the way. It only took less than an hour-ish to get the paperwork sorted out. We felt so welcomed there, and the whole experience was amazingly awesome. I wish every purchase would go as smoothly. Paul was the absolute best car salesman I have ever dealt with. My car had just died and I wasn’t planning on buying a new one anytime soon..last time had been almost 10 years ago.. Paul took all stress away from it, showed me all the great new features Lincoln has to offer. Morgan in finance was equally amazing. The dealership & specifically our salesman, Mike Peters, went above & beyond to make my Christmas magical! My husband surprised me with a 2026 Cadillac Escalade this year! Mike drove to our location ( 1.5 hours away) on Christmas Eve to get paperwork signed. The CT 5 Sport is a hot ride. It’s loaded with all the bells and whistles, from Supercruise assist to the hottest styling of the dash, it’s truly phenomenal! The change between touring and sport is seemless, there are so much to say about this car and not enough room!

Alexis Evans was more than great..She really brightened my day! I thought finding another truck was going to be hectic this time, with my poor credit..Alexis paired me up with Moe to test drive and get to know the history and inspections on the truck i wanted before making my decision...Then, David T made sure i got a low interest rate for my credit and a warranty with gap protection for peace of mind..Thanks again, Alexis, for putting everything together to make the deal happen...i went in after work, and drove away before my bedtime.

Can never say enough about how glad I am that I chose to return to Thompson's for my second GMC purchase. The first time Bobby D. was so helpful that I requested him 2 years later when I returned. He does not pressure you. He finds out what you are interested in and why, how will you use it? He then gives you options that are available. He was able to answer all kinds of questions about how the vehicle operated etc. He is so likeable. Great car and nice for trips or late night drives with friends or going camping in the woods or going with family places like stores

I wish it did consume less fuel. Also, the engine noise that you can hear while driving, give a sport feeling so if you want just luxe and confort, it may distract you. But It's a very good car, new modern look and confortable....

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.
