It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. After we decided to buy the vehicle, everything was taken care of in advance, including our trade-in, and the process was seamless. We drove away with no regrets on price/purchase. Jesse even checked in with us after a few days to make sure we were still happy and we are! It's not every day you get treated so patiently and respectfully at a car dealership. Excellent dealership super customer service oriented. The General Manager goes above and beyond the call. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I was in a bad spot broken down on the side of the highway during the holidays at closing time. They arranged for a tow and I was in the dealership in 30 minutes. They were ready to close and the shuttle was done for the day. At any other dealership I would have had a problem. The General Manager Anthony Danninger made it a point to get me himself. This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

My experience was excellent as it has been in past visits. My service tech, Szymon, is and has always been to courteous and helpful.

We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

Service department maintains our 2020 Gladiator and 2012 Wrangler. We have been very pleased with the sales and service. Feb 2023 the 2012 needed 2 cams and a couple lifters replaced. The problem was identifyied quickly, repair was completed in timeframe quoted and at a fair price! Ask for Justin at the service desk. He will treat you right.

I found a 2016 Ford flex online through true car and set up an appointment for a test drive. Greg Morris was quick to respond and kept in touch with me answering all questions up to my appointment. When I arrived the car was out front. I had to wait a few minutes but not long and we went for a little test drive. I had already been pre approved by my bank for the loan so I went to get the check and Greg had my new car washed for me and waiting by the front Door. Signed all the paperwork there is a bit. Total time from appointment to complete was 4 hrs. But half that I was at the bank because I filled out my paperwork wrong. Had I done it correctly the dealership would have been able to complete that portion for me and save time. This dealership is full of gorgeous new jeeps and chargers and lots more. I had a very nice experience thanks to Greg! I absolutely love my new to me car!

As much as we love our Honda's we make sure we go to the BEST DEALERS in the city. My husband & I have purchased 5 cars and on 10/27/2018 was our 6th vehicle purchased! We are ALWAYS given the best service, honesty and great valve on the cars. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle and could of gone anywhere else in Jacksonville but we stayed with who has been loyal to us as we have been loyal customers to them. Rory is definitely an awesome guy who has known us since we 1st step foot on their lot and been coming back ever since. I was originally searching for an SUV. Trading in my high mileage Toyota Camry with way too much road noise, I was looking for the same reliability and an engine with the same "get up and go". I was attracted to the low percentage financing on both Toyota and Honda trucks, I am retired and now I can leave my funds in my IRA and pay a low interest rate and continue to gain in my investments, and not pay the income tax on a one time withdrawal. I love the quiet ride of the Ridgeline. The Honda is easier for me to get into. It is more like getting into an SUV than the Toyota Tacoma. The V6 engine gives me the ability to get around slow moving vehicles safely on two lane roads. I love the ride of my Ridgeline which is more like an SUV because it is on a car chassis not a truck chassis, but I can haul larger items than an SUV. I was also attracted to the Ridgeline because it is already set up to pull my small trailer for my ATV. I love the swing out tailgate for reaching into the back. The roomy trunk in the bottom of the truck bed is amazing, and holds so many misc items and groceries. My Honda Ridgeline will be so much help when I need to take my daughters wheel chair on trips. I have not tested out the All Wheel Drive, but I am looking forward to it's assistance in the Sand Dunes. I have put almost 2000 miles since my purchase a month ago. I Love my Honda Ridgeline

Brian (Sales) and Clay (Financing) were absolutely fantastic. We were buying a 2011 Honda CR-V for my daughter, and the entire experience was amazing. Found the car on Auto Trader, and Brian contacted me as soon as I checked availability. We drove down and checked the car, test drove it, Brian let me check everything, I felt really comfortable about the car, and we were ready to buy. Clay was really great during negotiation, and completed everything quickly. Even though this was an older used car, both Brian and Clay were very professional and very customer-focused. If I were to buy another Honda, I would definitely go to Honda of the Avenues, and specifically request Brian and Clay.

Excellent service from my salesman, Tony Lafreniere. Highly recommend him. Took away a star due to all the dealers extra fees but ultimately we compromised and the sales manager was not pushy.

I had the 'dreaded buying a new car syndrome" That all dissapeared when I walked into Nissan of ST Augustine. Then I listened to Kyla, Hannah, Will, Eric, and Amanda. They were all such a great help to me. Very personable and knowledgeable and I walked out a Happy New Car owner of a 2019 Nissan Kicks. I even got my nails to match the colors of my new car!

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

I took my 2016 VW Passat to O’Steen’s service department on Wednesday, 11/3/2021, for an oil and filter change, tire rotation, fluid top-off and safety equipment inspection. As it turned out, my vehicle also needed a coolant and brake fluid flush. I was very pleased with the service department staff, Phillip “Flip” Pierce and Richard Bush. They took the time to answer my questions and updated me in the waiting area on the additional service needed. I could definitely tell a difference in the way my car felt while driving after I left the dealership!! I was also impressed with the courtesy of the staff as I waited in the service area. They were pleasant, friendly, and respectful. Thank you for a great service experience!!!
