Recently purchased a 2018 F150 Lariat Supercrew 4x4 with over 217K miles on it. I did some research on the vehicle and actually was able to speak with the original owner of it. After speaking with him I was able to deduce that he had indeed kept up the service schedule on the truck with the 5.0 liter Ti / VVT engine. Upon looking at the truck in person on Oct. 5th, 2024 I took a test drive in it with my salesman Robert Sala and a friend. I voiced some initial concerns about the engine and was told that it had a Bronze Star Warranty with the truck. Heard a cold start up rattling noise in the engine couple times after purchase and called my salesman to inform him that I unfortunately would have to return the truck back to them for a full refund because of the fear of an unexpected expense after purchase. My salesman Robert Sala asked me to allow him to speak to the Used Car Sales Manager about the issue. To my surprise but eventually happiness in the process this was handled I was told to bring the truck back to the Dealership, Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach, Fla. and they would take care of it for me. I’m Very Grateful that they decided the Best Course of Action would be to replace the complete engine with a three years and unlimited mileage remanufactured engine from Fred Jones Remanufacturing!!! Having had a wonderful experience with the Mullinax Family I would strongly recommend this Dealership that absolutely stands behind what they sell to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and to know that you will be treated fairly after the sale if it appears that you are having a legitimate issue. I went to Arrigo RAM in Fort Pierce January 4 for Service met with Richard Pagan discussed with him the service needed for my truck. He was very open very happy very motivated. You don’t see that in a lot of places for service I asked questions he answered them.He was more than willing to go out of his way to help me at the end with the service he got me out of the lobby and asked me if everything was OK after he reviewed everything and walked me to my truck and thank me for his service. This is the second time I’ve been and Richard happen to be the writer the second time as well There’s not enough good things to say about Richard and his attitude. He’s a very positive outgoing guy and represents the dealership very well

My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.
