Subaru Superstore of ChandlerReviews
Subaru Superstore of Chandler review
Brought my car in for 60,000 mile service. Told the service advisor about a couple of additional things I wanted checked. Service advisor told me the price to repair each area I asked about and also said that the AC was leaking. I was quite surprised since I had service done on the AC within the last year. The advisor checked and confirmed that work was done on the AC last year and thought perhaps the fluid on the AC was old and dried up from the last service on the unit. The mechanic confirmed this was probably the case. This leads me to be concerned when the service advisor is recommending services on my vehicle. A needed repair should never have been discussed with me until it was confirmed that the repair was actually needed.

He did not pressure me to make a purchase and he allowed me to test drive the car for a good amount of time so I could really get the feel of it. This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! Every single salesperson and supporting staff were amazing. We especially appreciated salespeople who were not pushy! They are attentive and detailed in everything that they did. Ed spent an hour going over every single feature in my new car with us. We also received videos to review that help explain each feature. Highly recommend Brilliance for your next car! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! 10 STARS!

Treasure Valley SubaruReviews
Treasure Valley Subaru review
I recently purchased a 2026 Outback Touring from Treasure Valley Subaru, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As an older woman, buying a new vehicle can feel a bit intimidating—but Teya made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. She patiently answered all of my “old lady questions” without ever making me feel rushed or silly. Her expertise and warm personality turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a truly pleasant one. When it came time for paperwork, Nate was equally impressive. He was efficient, thorough, and explained everything clearly. He somehow managed to make signing documents—usually the most boring part—actually kind of fun! I even declined the purchase celebration, but I truly appreciated the opportunity to meet Rob and other members of the staff. It’s clear this dealership values customer experience from start to finish. Thank you all for making this milestone such a positive one!

Subaru of MorgantownReviews
Subaru of Morgantown review
Wonderful experience with this dealership, Tyler and Jake helped put together a deal that was much better than the offers we received in Pittsburgh. While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. My wife is super happy with the Crosstrek we got, thank you Tyler and Jake!

I made a recent trip to Treasure Valley Subaru in Nampa, Idaho. The care and service I received was exceptional! From the moment I arrived at the Service Department, Ben Desman went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He listend to my concerns related to my wife's Subaru Forester and exceeded my expectations answering questions I had and getting my repair needs taken care of. While I was there, I visited the Parts Department for some parts I was in need of for a repair I wanted to perform myself. Again, exceptional service was provided by Dustin Shalz at the Parts Counter. He took the time to research what parts I would need and ensured I left with what I needed to complete the job without having to make multiple trips. These 2 gentlemen have earned my loyalty and business for as long as I'm a Subaru owner. Treasure Valley Subaru will be the place I will take my business, for life!

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Jim at Subaru went above and beyond any expectations I could ever have. He went out of his way to help me and completed the service in a timely manner, keeping me updated during each step of teh process. I would highly recommend Jim and the Subaru Superstore to any customer looking for a welcoming, trusting environment. You will not find any place better than the Subaru Superstore in East Chandler, AZ.

Hendrick Southpoint Auto MallReviews
Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
Tushar the salesman was very nice. My own fault was I paid over list price. After sale I was taken to a big board of confusing choices which showed daily cost rather than monthly. I chose an option of service contract which I later asked to remove. The lady was extremely rude, and I asked for someone else to deal with who was also not very pleasant. They did credit me as that was allowed. Follow up from Hendrick has been excellent. Someone is going to go over the car features next week. Asked for review with several sites.

Very responsive and helpful! Although I didn’t end up buying from TVS, I would not hesitate to in the future. If they made me happy as someone who didn’t buy from them, I know being an actual paying customer would be amazing!
