Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

Shannon Rode always makes sure I am well taken care of when I bring my car to be fixed or serviced. She goes the extra mile to see that I have a loaner if they keep my car so I can get to work. I know I can always depend on her. She's a joy to see and chat with as well.

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

Review for service side of things- I cannot thank Liberty Mazda Service department enough. I used Liberty Mazda for over a year until I relocated and decided to try out a different Mazda Dealership. The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole. Jason, the Service manager, is personable and friendly and makes you feel like you are being cared for at a small business or local shop. Craig and George, my service representatives, have always been professional and gone above and beyond in customer service. It is rare you find a dealership service department you fully trust to take good care of your vehicle with honesty and integrity. While already rated in high regards, I hope Mazda corporation further recognizes its service members at Liberty. When it’s time to upgrade, I know exactly where I will be shopping. I've owned our CX 70 for 9 1/2 months, I like the car very much! So far the car has no problems! I like the 6 cylinder engine in our CX 70, it has adequate power and runs very smoothly. I like the styling both inside and outside. My only suggestions to Mazda to improve the vehicle is to allow the AC vents on the dash to be able to swivel up higher to blow cool air higher in the front of the car. And, the auto off and auto on feature should be smoother, but the system is not so bothersome to turn it off. My fuel mileage has averaged 17.5 miles per gallon, my driving has only been in stop and go traffic. I have not driven the car enough on highways to determine the fuel consumption over the road.

I brought my car to have the trunk switch replaced, which had failed and the only way that I could open the trunk was using with the car's remote. The switch replacement took less than an hour to perform and I'm glad that that the functionality has been successfully restored.

Recently purchased new from Mazda of Manchester. With all the consumer information available these days, new Mazdas basically sell themselves, the dealerships basically direct traffic, manage the transactions and negotiations. Having said that, Mazda of Manchester was extremely efficient and professional and I drove off feeling I had been treated extremely fairly, especially during the trade-in appraisal process, which can be very painful, as I learned at rival Mazda dealerships during my hunt. With dealer discounts and Mazda Loyalty rebates applied, the OTD price paid was thousands less than I had budgeted. Lisa and Kris were helpful and knowledgeable throughout and after the transaction, and were very flexible in working within my schedule and timeframes. Social-distancing protocols surely compromised the typical workflow in the dealership paperwork process, but everything was handled creatively and efficiently. I will highly recommend doing business with these guys if you are in the market for a Mazda!

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Jordan got us right in when we called and were in the area. Come to find out, it was a tire pressure sensor that was the problem. We had a short wait, but it was worth it. The only question I have is the $100 deductible we paid. We have the extended warranty.

Mike Berard helped me when I came in because a light showing a problem with tire pressure came on my dashboard. Mike looked at the tire and found it had two cuts. He said this could be dangerous and told me I would need a new tire. He checked to see if one was available, found one and then told me the work would be done that day, Mike then arranged for a car to take me home while the work was waiting to be done and then called me when it was finished. Since it was late in the day, he agreed to hold the car until the next morning and then sent a car to bring me in at 8 am.
