I have owned the Ford and GMC over the last 4 years. I purchased the 2026 Ram and was pleasantly surprised about the truck. Rides smoother, shifts better and preforms better than the other 2 rivals that I have owned. This truck has the straight 6 (Hurricane) that preforms better than the 5.0 Ford or the 3.0L diesel in the GMC. Smooth running with the best shifting 8 speed I have ever owned. Even better than my wife's Lexus. This truck even looks better than the other 2 rivals. Standard with heated seats and steering wheel, sliding back window, 12" screen and storage compartments in back floor board. Only only regret, I did not try the Ram earlier.

I traveled from Madison, WI to Passport BMW in Maryland to purchase a pre-owned car. It was an excellent experience! With previous cars (Chrysler) I would drive 30 miles to get serviced because I didn't like my relationship with the service staff. They made it clear they were out to get every nickel out of me! With AutoNation, I have found a team I will bend over backwards for. I make the appointment, I show up on time, and they do the job they promised to do, in a timely manner. Coffee (free) and snacks (cost) are good, facility is beautiful, and the service is great.

This is my first experience with Jaguar and it could not have been better. Because of my preferred options, I had to order my vehicle. My sales representative, Gavin, guided me through the entire process and kept me updated on the order. Upon delivery, the professional staff made the process a very smooth and personable. I purchased my Santa Fe from Dickson city Hyundai about a month ago I love everything about it so far. Very roomy. The 3rd row is great for the extra passengers but also when it’s down the trunk is huge. Love the dashboard and screen. Back up camera is great. Very safe reliable vehicle for my family with tons of personalization and tons of safety features. It’s luxurious without the heavy price tag.

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

Another great service visit at Safford Jeep! I owned a Mercedes for many years and was accustomed to superior service...and had high expectations. Safford Jeep service department always exceeds my expectations with efficient, expert service, and friendly, courteous treatment. Most of my satisfaction comes from the efforts of my service advisor Alex Alvarado. It's nice to be greeted by someone who knows you, and your vehicles. I'm certain he'll be the manager of a service department at some point. Keep up the good work Safford Jeep!

I was reluctant to try this dealer since they had a lot of bad reviews. I did notice most were for service and not sales so I thought I would reach out to sales. I was an out of state buyer and Antimo made it very easy. We agreed on a price, paperwork was emailed and physically mailed, no added fees, and I arranged for shipping. Brad, the finance guy did not push extra add-ons. Couldn't have been easier.

It was a nice experience. The interior and exterior are very nice. I can say that this is a good purchase for personal and family use.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Just purchased m 7th truck from general manager Dennis Koulatsos. I've been buying trucks from Dennis since I first met him in 1991. He is the consumate professional, and I've referred all of my family members and dozens of friends to him, and he's taken very good care of all of them. Dennis is fiercely loyal, a man of his word, and he always goes the extra mile.

This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.

I am again impressed by Sheehy. I have purchased 2 cars from their Subaru dealership. I wanted to try something new. Maxx Manu at their Springfield Ford did not disappoint. He provided the warm welcome and lissltened to my concerns and and budget to find the right car. I'll be back to see Maxx again and I would recommend him to anyone!

The huge computer screen in the center counsel was slow and unresponsive during the cold weather months. Actually, the computer screen is the only issue with the truck.

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.

I never drove a Subaru before and I am so happy with this car. It handles well and is great on gas!! It has many safety features! I wanted an SUV that had all wheel drive that you can use over 25 miles per hour in snowy conditions. This car has that! Really happy with my purchase!

I recently took my 2006 BMW 330xi to BMW of Rockville for a recall repair, and overall, I had a very positive experience. From the moment I pulled into the service bay, the process was smooth and efficient. I arrived about 10 minutes early, and right on schedule, my service advisor, Eric, came to get me. He clearly explained the expected duration of the repair and even offered a courtesy ride, which I appreciated (though I declined). The repair was completed almost exactly within the timeframe Eric provided—no surprises or delays. What really stood out was the transparency of their inspection process. The technician sent a detailed video along with a full explanation of recommended repairs, and Eric followed up with a complete quote. The recommendations aligned with the multi-point inspection findings, which included items like front struts and a rear guibo . Importantly, I was told these repairs were not urgent. Even better—there was zero pressure to move forward with additional work that day. That level of honesty and professionalism goes a long way. Overall, the experience was efficient, transparent, and customer-focused. If you’re looking for a dealership service department that communicates well and respects your decisions, BMW of Rockville is a solid choice.

I've had consistently excellent experiences over the past seven years bringing my car to Herb Gordon Subaru, especially due to my Service Advisor Vitaliy Khlebnikov. He's been thorough and clear explaining needed repairs, and has taken me into the service bay to meet and talk with the technicians. Best of all his calm, professional approach and reliable communication have made my service visits the least stressful of any I've experienced. The technicians have all been excellent, and the ability to get timely appointments is major plus. And I very much appreciate the free loaner!

My 2nd Subaru, quiet and roomy. I am 6'2" and this is the first car with the leg room and interior height where I do not feel cramped. Just the perfect size vehicle for my wife and I for getting around. Smooth ride and excellent handling. Visibility from the drivers seat is outstanding, The surround vision on our Touring model is very helpful for getting into tight parking and judging distances to objects in front or behind us. The ability to switch the review mirror from Mirror to Camera Mode for viewing objects beneath the hatchback window. The remote start with climate set has spoiled us for getting into a cold car in the winter or unbearably hot in summer. The information main screen was intimidating at first, but after a month we are quite comfortable with it. The menus at first seemed overwhelming but we quickly learned that once they are setup to our needs, they do not have to be accessed again, especially with the facial recognition making the comfort settings when either one of us sit in the drivers seat. My biggest complaint so far, is that if you turn off the engine start/stop function , you are reminded every time you start the car that it is indeed off and to confirm by pressing the confirm button on the screen. Very annoying. other than that we are very happy with the 2026 Forester Touring.
