LaFontaine Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FentonReviews
LaFontaine Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fenton review
????? I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2022 Wagoneer from LaFontaine in Fenton, Michigan. I drove over four hours to visit the dealership and had appointments scheduled at three other dealerships to look at similar vehicles. After working with Greg, I truly felt like I received the family treatment. I was specifically looking for a vehicle that would meet the needs of my senior dog, with captain's chairs and easy entry and exit for our frequent trips between Michigan and Florida. Greg took the time to listen to what I needed and showed me several vehicles to make sure I found the right fit. He was never pushy, was patient, calm, and genuinely wanted to help me make the best decision. That made the entire buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Greg and the LaFontaine team in Fenton to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you for making the long drive worth it! Dawn, Remington & Truman.
2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The ride is incredibly smooth and comfortable, whether I'm commuting daily or taking longer road trips. The interior feels premium, with high-quality materials, plenty of space, and an intuitive infotainment system that's easy to use. The performance is excellent, with plenty of power when needed while still delivering respectable fuel economy. I also appreciate the advanced safety features and driver-assistance technology, which make every trip feel more secure and relaxing. The Grand Cherokee strikes a perfect balance between luxury, capability, and practicality. It's stylish, comfortable, and versatile enough for both family use and weekend adventures. I would highly recommend the 2026 Grand Cherokee to anyone looking for a dependable and refined SUV. Thank you John Hernandez at Hendrick Chrysler Jeep!!

Suburban Toyota of TroyReviews
Suburban Toyota of Troy review
It seems endemic, you walk into a dealership and it's either 1) everyone jumps to see if you've been helped or 2) nobody even notices you've just walked in. The weekend I walked in, it was a mix. I won't go into it. What was an enjoyable departure from the usual dealer interactions, Anthony made me feel at home. No pressure, just wanted to understand what I was looking for. I really didn't know as my wife had yet to engage in looking into her next car, but that day we established what turned-out to be the right dealer/customer relationship. I will not go anywhere else for a Toyota again.

Crest LincolnReviews
Crest Lincoln review
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Crest Lincoln, and I can honestly say that Jordan completely won my business back. In the past, I had very poor experiences with Crest Lincoln’s service department in both 2016 and 2019, bad enough that I refused to return to the dealership for years. Because of that history, I was hesitant to even consider them again. Jordan changed that entirely. From the very beginning, Jordan treated me like an elite customer, despite the fact that I was purchasing a used vehicle. He was professional, respectful, transparent, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, or dismissiveness, just excellent customer service and clear communication. Jordan restored my confidence in Crest Lincoln. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made the experience smooth and seamless. His level of service was, and still IS, exceptional and has far exceeded my expectations, especially given my prior experiences with the dealership. If you’re considering Crest Lincoln—especially if you’ve had reservations in the past—I highly recommend working with Jordan. He is the reason I gave this dealership another chance, and he is the reason I would return again.

LaFontaine Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fenton review
Our Salesman, Jeremy Becklehamer, did a great job to make the process easy, the gentleman who took us through the signing process was also amazing. We wanted to keep the newer tires from our older Jeep that we were trading in on the deal and LaFontaine service went above and beyond to make that happen.

Crest Lincoln review
Wow, what an easy process to purchase my new Lincoln Aviator at Crest Lincoln of Sterling Heights, Michigan. And what a great selection of vehicles. My sales person, Paul, was very helpful. And I received a great deal also.
2026 Lincoln Nautilus review
I have had many luxury cars over the years, including Cadillac, BMW, Audi and my new 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve Hybid beats them all. The design is stunning, the interior is beautiful, and the performance is exceptional. I receive many compliments daily on this car and I recommend it highly.

I recently took my wife's 2026 Equinox in to Matick Chevy for it's first maintenance. I checked to see if I could drop it off the night before and was told no problem. 1st maintenance was performed and they gave me a call that I could pick it up the next afternoon. No charge, such a deal. I was also given a car wash ticket. That's how its supposed to be.

Dick Scott Motor Mall review
Had my Jeep in yesterday for its first oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well and waited while work was being done. I really wish someone would have spent a few minutes to wipe there dirty hand prints off the car before finally shiny and to wipe some spilled oil off in the engine compartment. The vehicle was spotless upon dropping it off but not so much afterwards. It’s the small things sometimes you hat makes a huge impression.

This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!

Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.
