Sam was very honest and straightforward in selling my 2006 Solara. Between Carfax and Sam transparency I was able to get a true picture of my car purchase both in condition and maintenance. I also knew I was purchasing the car at a fair price. I felt respected and valued throughout the whole sell. Sam also trusted me to allow me to purchase the car earlier and easier. After the sell Sam continue to be helpful including providing transportation after returning my rental car 15 miles away.

I've had the car for over 15 years (202,000 miles). One of the best cars I ever had ! Blown head gasket at (162,500 miles). Had that repaired & still rolling !!!!

I just recently got a car and looking for an affordable car at this time when everything is overpriced was challenging. Luckily I was able to find Q and working with him was amazing. I put 4 stars for comfort bc I bought a 2016 xle in late 2021. The pleather seats were in rough shape and had a lot of cracks and splits. Idk if that may be because the previous owner never took care of the seats or that's all the life you'll get from them.

I test drove a used car at this dealership and subsequently purchased it a few days later. The staff I worked with were helpful, patient, and informative. They answered my questions. My experience was a very positive one. However, I explained clearly and directly what was important to me, so they could do their best to meet my needs. In the end, both of us compromised. Car buying at a dealership IS a negotiation, and not one for the faint of heart or mind; if you don't want to do that, or don't like that process, then go to one of the direct buy online sites. I read some of the other reviews on here and wonder if people have realistic expectations, especially given the tight new and used car markets since the pandemic.

Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. We have been to quite a lot of dealerships in the past month and thus far our experience with Villa Ford has been the best.

We recently purchased an I3s and are totally amazed at the technology and joy it is to own this vehicle. It's like the feeling when you got your first car!! Everything is engineered to perfection. It's BMW through and through and my only regret is not getting one sooner.

A few years ago, my husband and I bought a car from a dealer. The process was so painful and enraging that we never wanted to repeat it again. To ensure this, we decided to only buy a car from a dealer with no haggle price policy. We were in the market for a newer car. After searching for a few months, yesterday afternoon, we found the car we wanted and the dealer we wanted to buy from - a Volvo XC60 and the Auto Republic in Cypress. I called and talked to Albert. After a short conversation, we decided to see the car. In less than one hour after we arrived, we bought the car! While Albert walked us through the buying process, Jr., his manager worked on getting us the best finance deal. There was no pressure, no drama, nothing! We walked in, saw the car, took it for a ride, and bam! Done! Don’t buy a car without first checking them out! They have an amazing selection, prices, and staff.

Just bought my first H2 hummer. I'm so late ..They been out for years and now I'm just buying one in 2022. the truck is 2003 but the yellow 🟡 paint job looks great for a 19 year paint ...They must have put some quality paint on this truck ..Anyway I wasnt sold on the yellow ,..at 1st..but after a short test drive ...I WAS SOLD...I felt like a bad xxx in this ..Lol .Big and bulky , I feel like a BULLY on the road , LMAO..also the stares I get from the women is fun too....Had it only 3 weeks and gotren compliments already ...Seen a girl I use to like 3 years ago , she turned me down ..I pulled up in THIS and NOW she decides to give me the number LOL.....

Long time (Decades) Land Rover owner, driver, enthusiast, glutton for punishment... We have 3 other LR's in the family fleet as well as Toyotas and Subarus. I purchased this one CPO 2 years ago and took it on a major family road trip, spanning over 4 months and 11 states. We drove the vehicle more than 300 miles off-road, over desert sand, small rocks, big rocks, Jeep Roads, and 3 remote mountain passes over 12,000 feet. On road we drove it very high speed on lonely freeways in western states. Our LR Discovery HSE delivered flawlessly. The Windsor Leather interior is very stylish, functional and comfortable. The Disco handles like a sports car and has a very tight turning radius (can make an easy u-turn on most streets). Now it's mostly used day to day in town, hauling kids to and from school and sports and driving to work. We've taught 2 kids to drive in this car. It still looks and smells new. Everything works well and after putting many miles on the odometer it's begging for more. Regular oil changes and routine maintenance, that's it. Now we're well aware of issues with LR's and most every expensive vehicle...it seems to run with the territory. On this car my hat's off to Land Rover! This Discovery is a fantastic vehicle!! Love it so much, I decided to get a brand new Defender. After a few months the jury's still out on which is the better vehicle... I can assure you, we'll have a good time reaching that conclusion and we'll let you know when we figure it out!

On our way back to our car, my daughter spots the all-new Hyundai Kona. One look and she was hooked. Steve saw us and came over to greet us with the warmest smile and a sincere handshake. He was as excited to tell us all about the Kona, as we were as excited to hear about it. He told and showed us all there was to know about the Kona, even let my daughter test drive the fully loaded Ultimate model. Steve listened to all of my daughter?s questions and soon they were talking about their favorite color combos and cool features on the car. Never once did Steve make us feel uncomfortable or pressure us into any direction. He was helpful, kind, listened and let my daughter lead the conversation. We had already taken up a lot of Steve?s time and it was getting late, so we parted ways and said we would be back in a few days, after the rain. I?m sure Steve thought he had seen the last of us, but we returned about a week and a half later. And true to form, there was Steve, with the biggest smile and welcoming arms for us. He made my daughter?s car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Not to mention that she loved the Kona so much, she went back 2 weeks later to buy a Tuscon. Unfortunately Steve had already left for the day when we got there. I wanted to wait, but my daughter has no patience. If you ever get the chance to meet Steve Lee, I encourage you to do so. I guarantee you won?t forget him. He makes the most genuine impression and you won?t forget that smile! Got this when I was looking for a smaller entry level luxury car, non -turbo and with a lower cost to own. Try to get the premium, for the dual screens and carplay.

I dealt with probably 8-10 different dealers before contacting Norm Reeves Hyundai and wished I had just reached out to them sooner. I drove 100 miles out of my way based on a FEELING that I had about them as well as my dealing with Zo Saleem over emails and text and felt assured that there would be no games, no bait and switch, no drama and I was right. I spent probably 1 hour at the dealership to sign papers and make sure car was gassed up and ready to go. But they honored the deal we made online and now I'm a happy customer. I found Sammy's car dealership online when I was looking to purchase a BMW. I found a 328i BMW at his dealership with a well reasonable price and decided to take a look. The first time I went was to look at the car and I fell in love with it. I returned back to the dealer a week later with a downpayment in hand. Sammy was very helpful overall in the buying process. With being a first buyer myself, he was very helpful in clarifying and giving me a deal for the car. I am beyond satisfy with my experience and with my 2013 328i BMW. It was definitely a great investment and I recommend this place to anyone if you are looking for reasonably priced luxury car or an affordably used car!

This review is long overdue. I purchased a Toyota Prius from Sammy and it was in excellent condition with very low mileage. Sammy himself was great to work with and did anything he could to get you the deal you need to drive away with the car. He wasn't aggressive as most car salesmen, which I appreciated very much. Rather he was patient. He was awesome to work with to say the least! I definitely recommend buying from Sammy!

This was the best car buying experience that I have had. Sammy gave me a fair price on my trade and a fair price on my purchase. The car was better than​ described. He made me feel comfortable and did everything he could to make the transaction easy and quick.

This is a surprisingly fun car. We bought it mainly to not feel guilty running the AC in car line - but got to appreciate it in various situation. The range isn't great, the flimsy tires need getting used to - but for what a used (ideally certified pre-owned) one goes for - I really don't think you can go wrong. Unless you live in a city and have good places to charge - it probably is not a suitable car as your only car - but it's a great addition if you don't depend on it for a 300 mile drive. Accelerations is fun, the car is a lot bigger inside than it looks. It has a little bit of a theme park ride feel to it at times.

I have the Sorento for 2 years now. On long distance drives out of state the seats are very uncomfortable. The trim on the sides windows has to be replace because the finish comes off. The item has been on order for 2 months. Other than the issues I would recommend this car. My daughter still has her 2013 Sorento the engine was replaced this year under warranty.

I have driven this Suburban 2500 since it was new in 2013 and it has a comfortable ride, 4 wheel drive for the snow and ice, and has a trailering package for those times when pulling a trailer is necessary. It has always been garaged and has no rust.

Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

Excellent service! I had dropped the car at night after the dealer was closed and I was told it would take at least two weeks to have a diagnosis. It was a lot faster than that. The car was completely repaired in two weeks.

I didn’t expect such a nice and Comfortable car. The trunk area has as much space as our Liberty. For all our town driving it fits our needs. We have the same range as a model 3 Tesla for one third the price. Love the quit and smooth ride!

We've used every bit of utility this van has to offer. Normally we leave the 4th row out which leaves comfortable seating for 8 plus an enormous amount of space in the back for all the family's junk. This van easily accommodates 4x8 sheets of plywood stood on the long end with the 2 rows of seats still installed. There is nothing you can't do with this van! Except park it in a tight space. The long nose makes for a ridiculous turn radius.
