Let's start off by saying that on Monday 4/10/2016 we traveled all over Elgin to different dealers to find the perfect vehicle for my boyfriend.
McGrath Nissan was the 5th dealer we stopped at. When we arrived Jaw Stewart Promptly greeted us and asked us if we had any questions. We explained that we were not sure and if we could walk the lot. He told us which vehicles were used and which were new. We went off to look. Once we found some we went to him to ask prices and test drive one. He explained the cars features etc. then we went off for the drive. As we were driving we had questions on different parts on the vehicle and Jay did the best he could to answer them all with having a computer with more info in front of him. We got back to the dealer and explained that we didn't want to sit down and talk numbers and all that without my father being there to help us out. He understood and gave us his card to let him know when we would be stopping by with my dad. we shook hands and left.
Few hours later we went back with my dad to test drive it again. Again Jay was very informative when my dad had questions for him as well. Which made my dad happy. Jay was not pushy and let us do the talking and explaining what would fit our budget and needs, instead of trying to push any vehicle on us to make a sale. We went back inside to to fill out the necessary paperwork and start on negotiation to take the car home.
Once he was approved for the loan that's when the negotiations started. There was a bit of back and forth then Jeff Marcus the Used Car Manager came out to negotiate with my boyfriend. He was really easy to work with and made sure we had the price that was right for us so we didn't walk out empty handed. Jeff was also pleasant to work with.
The final person we worked with to sign all the paper work with was the Finance Manager Mario Lopez. We had great conversations, He was easy to talk to. Explained everything and anything. Seriously helped my boyfriend out with an even better deal then what we walked in with. Helped that this was my boyfriends first time purchasing a vehicle by taking out a loan and we was great at explaining all the paper and the warranty etc.
So from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out we were handed with exceptional customer service. Everyone was super easy to work with and super easy to talk to when it came to concerns and questions. We couldn't have asked for a better dealership! After Monday you guys have earned longtime customers. We will be returning in the future and making sure to mention to family and friends that McGrath Nissan in Elgin is the place to go for a vehicle!
I went into the dealership looking for a used car, but the innovative team at Woodfield Nissan came up with some very great options for a new car. My sales consultant Michal was amazing, even during the moments that I was not fully committed to buying a car. He kept me informed throughout the process, and created a pressure-free zone for me to make my decisions. Overall, everyone was great. So much so, that I have already referred 2 people to go there. Great job guys....
Mark Wenc and his team gave me the best experience I ever had at a dealership! They were friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase. I cant recommend this place highly enough! I will be coming back with friends and family.

I am very rigid in my approach to car shopping. I test drive, identify the vehicle I want, email every dealer in a 4 hour radius requesting a quote, keep a spreadsheet of every quote I???ve been offered, and spend a month encouraging all these salespeople to undercut each other. On the last day of the month I buy from the person offering the lowest price. This system places me in an adversarial relationship with every salesperson. It???s stressful for them and for me, but the result is I get cars for thousands less than the initial asking price. Lori Smith was patient and kind with me as I moved through this process. She wasn???t, in the end, able to go low enough to win my business, but she came close (she was in the final three). And her engagement with me was always warm and authentic. I???ll always buy from the dealer offering me the lowest quote, even if they are a total jerk. But if Lori tied with someone and they were the same distance from my house i???d gove her the sale ten times out of ten.
Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.
I was treated with respect and although the car I Initially inquired about really wasn't what I was looking to purchase, I found exactly what I wanted at a great price. I purchased that car after test driving. All the staff was courteous and helpful. I have recommended Hertz Auto sales and I will continue to recommend them. Even after the sale the staff has made themselves available to assist and answer questions! Thank you all for a winning and wonderful, quality experience!
Nick and Felix went above and beyond at the service deparment at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. My wife had a blowout on the front tire, they replaced it with a brand new tire, washed and vacuumed the car and had me on my way within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon.
I???ve been interested on getting myself a new family vehicle, but I???ve consistently changed my mind. Getting a new car is a big deal to me. I wasn???t planning on getting a new car when i went in Ed Napleton Acura. The minute i came in, i was greeted by a sweet young lady. I asked for Wilson, he had recently helped out a friend of mine. Wilson was very knowledgeable about all cars i was interested in. He helped me narrow them down and suggested what he thought was best. All my concerns and questions were answered. If i ever need another car i would most definitely go back and ask for Wilson. Thank you Wilson and Ed Napleton Acura !
Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.
Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
We were in the market for the just released Nissan Leaf 2019. We aren't frequent buyers and are specific about what we want. Xochilt ("Sochi") worked with us over a few weeks to get us exactly what we wanted. She's was very polite and accomodating (especially with our 6 and 8 year old boys) through the whole process.
We've also had service done here on our older Versa and it's among the most organized and customer service oriented service stations I've ever used.
Definitely recommend this dealer and Xochilt.
