My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
Jordan is a personable and honest salesman who I would return to in a moment next time I need a car. Great experience overall. Always a little pressure from sales manager and closing to buy into every little thing they offer, but nothing you can't say "no" to if it's not for you.

I brought my car to the service center at 7:00 am for a oil change and tire rotation, the waiting area was very clean and welcoming, the staff was very professional and once my car was finished the technician came and explained the multi point inspection and how my car check out, I was informed on my next visit what I need to have done, I was in my car driving to work by 7:35. This was my second visit at that location and it will not be my last, and yes I would recommend Nisan of Bowie everyone.

Matthew was great they did everything in there power to speed up the process This is my second time coming back my first car I purchased here I was in an accident and the car was total lost but never had issues with the car and if I did I brought it right back and they helped me with everything . The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years. I came in for a new clutch. The service dept. person I spoke to was more than fair. He told me the repairs was more than the value of the car. I decided to buy a new car. I was directed to John Wyatt. He was excellent. He was professional, considerate and well - informed. He helped me pick the right car for me. I am very satisfied. Thank You!
I responded to one of the internet specials, and received useful email responses to my questions. I am so glad that Sven was available when I visited the dealership without an appointment. He was very honest, outlining what was available and possible benefits for me to consider.
When I 1st walked in the building, I was immediately greeted by Chano King. This guy knew his stuff. I got my a great deal for my trade in and by me into a brand new Rogue. He even showed me how to work the features in my new vehicle. I was very happy with my visit. If Chano is around for another 2 or 3 years, he is the 1st person I would go to for buying another vehicle. Great job Mr. King. Thank you once again Nissan.
