Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.

He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. 2021 Nissan Altima review
I absolutely love it. The AWD handles like it is on rails. Just a bit under powered 50 more HP would be fantastic. The car is very comfortable and quiet. It has enough bells and whistles to keep you entertained. Fuel economy seems excellent at this point in time. I have not done a deep dive though. I would also like a bit more range on the telescopic wheel.

2021 Nissan Altima review
The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

2021 Nissan Altima review

My experience with Oro Ford and specifically with my sales person Koren O’Sullivan was super excellent. He was personal, professional and extremely knowledgeable of my new Bronco Badlands. He spent a lot of time explaining the in and outs of the Bronco to me. He also was receptive of my input and never pressured me during any aspect of the sales process. After getting to know me, he applied his knowledge of the Bronco with my personal desires and was able to come up with the perfect Bronco for me. I can and will recommend Oro Ford and Koren O’Sullivan to friends and family knowing the great experience they will also have dealing with them. I love everything about my Bronco and that is saying somethings from a guy who has been GM person my entire life (76 years). During my lifetime if have purchased many vehicles and I must say this was my most enjoyable experience.
