I recently purchased a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder platinum from Passport Nissan Suitland, Maryland. Sales rep Stanley Bobbitt and service rep Tracey Wolley gave outstanding customer service. A great tandem. This was my second new car purchase in as many years. Great team 😊.

Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. It was most definitely a pleasure to do business :) THANK YOU FAIRS OAKS TEAM (Mr. Herman, Danny, Melvin and Adam)

2023 Nissan Altima review
Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Went here randomly one morning and had the pleasure of working with Lorenzo as my sales rep. Wonderful customer service, personable and not pushy! Walked my wife and I through the process & we even played cards while we waited for everything. 10/10 would recommend. Made the stressful car buying experience an absolute breeze.
