Nissan of Queens review
I walked in to the dealership expecting the worse since I had bad experiences at other dealerships. Met with Sergio who made me feel welcome, practically held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Very patient. The staff is amazing. Although there were no facilities at the pre-own location which I did not stay long the new car showroom where all the paper work was done was fully equipped. I walked out with a 2016 Honda Civic and love my car. Great experience I will definitely recommend everyone I know to this place. From the receptionist to the managers all made me feel welcome. Thank you for the wonderful experience and showing me that not all dealerships are bad.

I came in just to look and ended up leaving with a Lexus I’ve been eyeing the same day because they actually had everything I was looking for in terms of color, price, mileage, condition, and features. They were honest about the vehicle, gave me space to think, and didn’t pressure me at all which made me feel more comfortable moving forward. Everything was handled quickly but never felt rushed. I’ve already recommended them to two friends who are looking for a car. Thanks guys!

Nissan City of Port ChesterReviews
Nissan City of Port Chester review
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Nissan City in Port Chester, NY. In all my years of purchasing and leasing vehicles, I have never had an experience at a dealership quite like this one. From the moment I started working with Cris, I felt that I was in good hands. He was incredibly patient, respectful, honest, and professional. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, answer my questions, and make sure I fully understood everything. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make a decision. I also want to recognize Yancarlos, the General Sales Manager, and his team. They went above and beyond to put all of my concerns at ease and, throughout the process, made me feel that my needs came first—not simply making a sale. That level of customer care is rare and made a tremendous difference in my experience. The entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine respect. What could have been a stressful experience was actually a very positive one. If you are looking to buy or lease your next vehicle, this is where you want to go. And definitely ask for Cris! He is exceptional, and Nissan City is fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you, Cris, Yancarlos, and the entire Nissan City team, for an outstanding experience.

Joe is a very genuine salesman who helped me find the perfect car and I can’t thank him enough. When I mentioned concerns, he quickly addressed them with no hesitation. He was very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything. He was extremely patient, not pushy, and worked within my budget. The entire experience from start to finish was pleasurable. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend Joe!

I suspect that it is I who should be blamed because it is usually true. I expected 128 Service checks being performed from any reputed dealer. But I came to know later that it is not true. I did not have time to go shop around. I was extremely pre-occupied and this purchase and speed was a necessity which I had made it very clear before driving to the dealer more than an hour from my house. I am extremely happy with the service center and after sales service. Had to give 4 because the car was not ready when i picked it up. That gave me lots of concerns. Dealer or more than the dealer, the service personnel were extremely respectful and made up for all the lacunae in sales. They more than made up for whatever concerns I had. I was glad with the inner circle of people who attended the care, came out to me to and explain everything beyond doubt. Because of them, I feel comfortable going to them often.

Our Salesman, Mark Hickman was very patient, professional and caring. My daughter & I were not rushed even after we changed the car we originally came in for. Mark had the car pulled out and placed under the Service dept awning prior to us getting there so we were not out in the hot sun. When we asked to see the other car he gladly assisted us. The sale went smoothly and my daughter ended up with a car she just loves. We sat with Carlos, the Sales Manager as we completed the process. Carlos answered any questions we had and was courteous and professional throughout the transaction. Mitsubishi dealerships are getting fewer unfortunately and this dealership is not that convenient for us to travel to, however after the service that was provided the little bit of inconvenience was well worth the trip!

Hello my name is Ann Tansey and I am a proud owner of the Nissan Kick. I have purchased three cars thus far from Nissan. The Nissan Ultima, Nissan, rogue sport, and Nissan rogue RV, I loved all of them and the salesman very important his name was Manny. Nissan has an exemplary employee. He has top notch personality and has great patience when I felt stressed. In addition to all my compliments he was extremely easy to talk to as well as knowledgeable. The entire dealership staff at CPM was incredibly welcoming, making the process smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free. I got my Jeep Compass Latitude from them, and the experience exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a top-tier car-buying experience, I highly recommend CPM and working with Jeremy - he made everything seamless and enjoyable.
