Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I've purchased many many new cars and I know what I expect out of a dealership and a sales person. And I am familiar with how to achieve and what is a fair deal. I was very very satisfied dealing with Marissa and this dealership. I've got a new Grand Cherokee Limited in my driveway and I know I've gotten a good deal on it. Good job Marissa. You know your stuff.

CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time. We had little clerical error but they made sure that we had the that day to drive home with the best price possible (they gave the best trade-in value as well). Thanks CarMax.

Inquired on a BMW they had advertised, was quickly contacted via text by Melissa where we spoke for a bit and she answered all my questions. I scheduled an appointment and delt with Luis the sales rep and T the finance manager who were really nice and knowledgable about the whole experience. Over all i got a great deal on my 4 series with exactly where i wanted to be at as far as monthly payment and APR :) thanks UAC!

Ryan was so helpful. We initially went to the Montclair Nissan because we were getting error messages on the car, but were told to go to our “home” dealership. Ryan attended to us with professionalism and urgency. Our car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to go in a timely manner. The customer service and the knowledge of the staff is top tier. I will always come back here.

Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

Bought an elantra from Carlos. The car wasn’t washed but he scheduled a detail with the service team and made everything easy. I got it back looking great and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Carlos!

CarMax Sacramento/Roseville review
Brent Robken offered a great buying experience. I have purchased many cars but this had to be the best purchase ever. Brent made everything easy to understand and I'm sure that I wouldn't have purchased this car if not for him. I would highly recommend Brent Robken to anyone looking for a car.
