Toyota of MurfreesboroReviews
Toyota of Murfreesboro review
I brought my 2020 Toyota?Highlander car in for my maintenance for oil change and the 60k miles maintenances.. I asked for them to check this whining sound. It was making since it was being serviced and still under warranty.. I was charged a diagnostic fee which I?m aware of and was planning to spend approx $1400 fro all the requirement as I stated the last time I was there. I would doit in June. The Warranty company and Toyota had to get an adjuster that? was non bias to look at the transmission. . During this entire process my service guy Cole went above and beyond and made sure everyday he followed up with the Warranty Company and updated me too with there technicians. He informed me concerning my warranty and clarified any misunderstandings that happened before. I?m please to say they paid for the $12,400.00 transmission and Cole made sure everything was done thoroughly and it has been a nightmare but having someone help you through it all made my life a little easier since I have a serious health conditions and constantly checking up and his knowledge was an expertise in my book. You don?t get that kind of service like that as much anymore . Thank you Cole for being compassionate, listening and talked me through my frustrations. You will be very successful with your job. I hope others take note of your skill sets and it doesn?t go unnoticed! Thank you!
2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Love our new car, but wasn’t told the CD player didn’t work .( info was not listed anywhere ) After purchasing the car we contacted them and were told they would not fix it. So my advice is shop there, but check everything carefully and ask questions.

I recently purchased a brand-new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport Trail Edition from City Auto Mitsubishi, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The dealership made the entire buying process easy, transparent, and stress-free. A special thank you to Calvin and Rich for their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer service. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained every step of the process, and never made me feel pressured. Their attention to detail and commitment to making sure I found the right vehicle made all the difference. I absolutely love my new Outlander Sport Trail Edition and couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers and a team that truly cares about your experience, I highly recommend Calvin, Rich, and the entire staff at City Auto Mitsubishi. Thank you for making this one of the best vehicle purchases I've ever had!

Kasie Estevez (dealer @carmax) is a godsend. She took everything into consideration. the longevity of the car, the service costs, the insurance and just about everything else you can think of. I came in with a car picked out and money in hand, ready to buy. Easy commission for anyone, but instead she looked out for me and helped me find a better, more reliable, and cheaper car. 10/10

Excellent service and responsive with questions. Staff were helpful and gave me information regarding upcoming service needs. Very helpful. I would recommend friends and family come here.

Golden Circle Ford ParsonsReviews
Golden Circle Ford Parsons review
I live in Atlanta, GA and my brother recommended that I give Golden Circle Ford Parsons a shot for a new vehicle for my wife and I. Michael, Jordan, John, and Bruce were who I worked with and I cannot speak highly enough to the level of service from this dealership! I had the car, in my driveway, within 48 hours of calling. Absolute pleasure to work with, and they even sent a nice video to go along with it of who would be delivering the car and made it super personal. Any issues we had upon delivery, they were super accommodating to resolve and solution oriented. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, even from out of state. Thank y'all so much!

Landers McLarty ToyotaReviews
Landers McLarty Toyota review
Hello, I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma from Landers McLarty Toyota-"DJ" DeJon Bailey, Sales Professional. I had an exceptional experience during the entire purchase process. DJ was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the Tacoma and very articulate when explaining the purchasing process and addressed all my inquiries and questions in a timely manner. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership and once the paperwork was completed; he personally delivered my Tacoma to home address and again addressing any questions I had. I will definitely plan to have my next vehicle purchase via DJ!

John Roberts NissanReviews
John Roberts Nissan review
I would like to let customers know that John Roberts is a wonderful owner of his dealership. I previously had a problem which he took care of very professionally. He invited us to come back personally to allow him to make everything right. He came out of his office to talk to us and apologized for things that happened. He went out of his way to resolve our problem and we ended up closing the deal. I will always remember how well he handled the situation and will continue sending our family and friends to his dealership. He is definitely a wonderful person and that is probably why his dealership has done so well.
