Legend NissanReviews
Legend Nissan review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my car from Legends Nissan in Syosset, especially after dealing with other frustrating and high-pressure situations at other dealerships beforehand. Those prior experiences made me hesitant, but everything changed once I walked in here. Matthew Pisarz, the Sales and Leasing Consultant, was incredibly welcoming from the start and maintained a completely non-pressure approach that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer all my questions honestly and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Marissa Mahmood, the General Manager, was just as impressive—she went above and beyond to ensure all of my concerns were addressed and that I felt confident every step of the way. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care truly stood out. After my previous bad experiences, this was a refreshing and positive change. My daughter is getting her permit next year so I know that when the time comes they will take care of her car buying needs like they did mine.

Legend NissanReviews
Legend Nissan review
The lease was up on my 2023 Nissan Altima. Legend Nissan is my dealership of choice. I had previously leased an Altima, then a Maxima then another Altima. The 2023 I ended up getting was still during the tail end of the COVID nonsense and unfortunately, the sales person that was there at the time couldn’t match a different dealerships price and it was enough of a difference that I couldn’t afford the difference. That said, the dealership that I got the 2023 from I actually think leased me a car that was damaged at some point even though it only had 9 miles on it. Anyway, this car which is a 2026 Nissan Rouge I researched and and much communication with multiple, four dealerships and Legend had the best price, by far, significantly better than any other dealerships I checked with on Long Island, Again, Legend is my dealership of our choice for that reason and also the service department is outstanding!

My sales consultants Manny Muheidat and Bobby Tranquilli were so patient and kind; they really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They explained things clearly, made sure I was comfortable with my contract and with the condition of the car I purchased. I can't thank the DCH Paramus Honda team enough for their help. Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

It is a pleasure to deal with straightforward, professional, courteous, and fair. I know these cars are hard to come by and there was no up selling or any other charges I found my new Subaru dealership. Thanks, Phil.

Whether your Nissan car needs a periodic maintenance or an unexpected service, Lynnes Nissan is your best option if you are anywhere in the area. The waiting room is nice and clean, the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and you won't be surprised with what is going on with your car. Everytime I go to this service center, and my last was probably the fourteenth in the last ten years, the service has always been top-notch. Mike T, one of its excellent employees, has always been very helpful and woul really walk you through the work needed. I feel that with people like him, nothing can go wrong with your car and the care that it really needs. Thanks Mike and Lynnes, you did it again!

Rockland NissanReviews
Rockland Nissan review
My wife's car was about 6 months away from end of lease and she decided that she drives too many miles and would like to buy her next car. So we decided to start looking. We first went back to our Mazda dealer and told them we were looking for a used car and gave our budget. We were basically told they didn't have any used vehicles (really?), and that we should wait and see if any promos run. I used to drive Altimas (I had 3 - last one in 2010) so I suggested she look at that car and we went to Rockland Nissan. We were immediately greeting by Michael, new to Nissan, but very nice and professional. After discussing what we wanted and that we didn't think we could get one right now, he looked at inventory andour budget, and found us a car we could get. So we agreed and filled out the paperwork - the only real hiccup was when we spoke to their finance manager - the monthly fee was higher than we were promised. The issue was my wife was over in miles on her lease so Tim O'keefe (the main guy there) came in, sat with us and in no time we had a deal at a price we were happy with.We got a 2017 Altima 3.5 SL with only about 35k miles for a very fair price. My wife LOVES the car and we couldn't be happier. Fast forward to the next day - she noticed some damage on the front bumper that wasn't disclosed. Perhaps no one noticed, but we took it back and without a thought, they agreed to fix it for free. Now I was so impressed with Tim that I told him (jokingly) I have about a year on my Mazda 6 and I'd love to get a new Altima. He asked me to come in the next day and he'd find a way to get me what I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. So i showed up early in the morning and Tim introduced me to Dave. A very experienced and excellent sales person - one of the best I've met in the industry. He was honest and patient and we went over everything I wanted. He showed me a few models and I fell in love with the 2019 Altima SL in Storm Blue (really nice color - looks almost black). We went back over to Tim and before I knew it, we had a deal. The only negative thing is I was there for six hours before I left with the car. They were very busy and I believe a bit understaffed. I have to say though, I LOVE this car and could not be happier with how I felt taken care of. This dealership treated me like I was their top priority (except when I had to wait for a while) and the overall experience was fantastic. 2 days - 2 Altimas. I'll be going back there for sure. Thanks to Tim, Dave, Michael, and the rest of the Rockland Nissan team!

Rt 603 Auto Mall review
We had a great experience working with Ashley while purchasing our car. From the beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our needs and made sure we were comfortable with every decision. What really stood out was her honesty. She genuinely cared about getting us the best financial option rather than just making a sale. She clearly explained all of our choices, answered every question we had, and never made us feel pressured. Thanks to Ashley, the whole experience was smooth, stress free, and actually enjoyable. We truly appreciate her professionalism and would highly recommend.

Nissan City of Port ChesterReviews
Nissan City of Port Chester review
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Nissan City in Port Chester, NY. In all my years of purchasing and leasing vehicles, I have never had an experience at a dealership quite like this one. From the moment I started working with Cris, I felt that I was in good hands. He was incredibly patient, respectful, honest, and professional. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, answer my questions, and make sure I fully understood everything. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make a decision. I also want to recognize Yancarlos, the General Sales Manager, and his team. They went above and beyond to put all of my concerns at ease and, throughout the process, made me feel that my needs came first—not simply making a sale. That level of customer care is rare and made a tremendous difference in my experience. The entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine respect. What could have been a stressful experience was actually a very positive one. If you are looking to buy or lease your next vehicle, this is where you want to go. And definitely ask for Cris! He is exceptional, and Nissan City is fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you, Cris, Yancarlos, and the entire Nissan City team, for an outstanding experience.

Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.
