Great customer service with another awesome experience!

The process started in the month of May. We had stopped in to check out the options to the end of the current lease. Marco and Barry assisted us and gave us the necessary information at that time. It wasn't looking good as the current specials focused more on the SUV line. Good news that we had time to wait a little and see what would happen, if anything. The end of June we began test driving other comparable models through 2 different brands. Lucky for us, Hyundai came out with a great lease deal on the Sonata. The other dealerships did not compare well on vehicles, customer service, or price. We were so excited to have that door open again that we contacted Joe, and scheduled a time to meet. Let's start with the test drive. We met with Joe on 6/30/2018. After a warm welcome we headed out to the car, which was right at the front door with the a/c running. Then a few instructions on the car, where to find things, made sure mirrors and seat were adjusted, seatbelts on and away we went. It was important to stay with the same vehicle if possible, as the comfort level and knowledge for my dad was really key. Then on 7/1 the deal was finalized to a price that could be handled. On 7/2 the vehicle was ready and waiting for us right up front. It had drizzled a bit, which left the car dirty, so Joe suggested running it back through the car wash again. Just a little personal touch by taking pride in your job. The honor and integrity this dealership shows makes it easy to shop and purchase a vehicle. This is the 2nd one purchased by myself, and I highly recommend it to anyone. The staff if friendly and professional, and really makes the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you all!
