The woman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. All around a great experience. Really great staff and service members. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. I have never been in and out of a dealership so fast. They were organized, informative, ready to answer any questions and made it very clear that they will help without hesitation even after the car is off the lot. The man who came with me for the test drive (I wish I could remember his name maybe Kain) was also amazing, informative, & helpful to navigate me on a low traffic route at rush hour. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

The woman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. All around a great experience. Really great staff and service members. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. They were organized, informative, ready to answer any questions and made it very clear that they will help without hesitation even after the car is off the lot. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

2023 Nissan Frontier review
I looked in depth at number of mid-sized trucks and landed a final decision on the Frontier Pro-4X. I previously owned a full size truck but the large size for keeping in garage, parking and navigating parking lots was getting to be a real pain. I also owned a previous Frontier model but the new updated one is just so much better. The overall ride is smooth but you still get the feel of a truck. The exterior look is the best in class and technology is up to date. Navigating the controls has both manual and touch screen functions. I like to be able to control the heat/AC with manual buttons as well as the audio. The Pro-4X trim is both appealing and worth the increased costs. My only negatives are the front seats could be a bit more comfortable and the passenger seat should come with an option to be power seats.

2023 Nissan Frontier review
I'm fond of smaller trucks, had 3 Rangers over a 20 year period. Lost interest when they stopped production. However ownership of a large dog caused me to reconsider a truck's utility over our SUV. The Frontier crew cab with fold up rear seats provides easy access and a safer environment for our pooch. The ride and handling is quite good, power is more than adequate. The truck is a real pleasure to drive, although steering is on the heavy side. One of the few items that could be improved. I own the SV model with leather interior, love that feature as a dog owner. Perhaps the best feature is the price, typically 1,000's less than the competition. Must say the Frontier works well for me and certainly should serve the needs for most truck buyers.

2023 Nissan Frontier review
I have a 2023 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 crew cab. I test drove the Honda Ridgeline before buying the Nissan. Honda is a car not a truck. Nissan has a steel boxed frame, Honda is a uniframe tack welded. Both vehicles have the Mercedes transmission. My Nissan Frontier is a great driver. It feels like a truck and is a comfortable ride. My Frontier can tow 6700 lbs not that I would max tow with it. All other small trucks are turbo charged nightmares. Very satisfied with my purchase and I’m a picky person.

Overall, I had a good experience with City Auto of Memphis. They gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealership I visited, had the best price on the van I wanted within 50 miles, and I was even able to purchase an extended warranty. The managers were extremely helpful, professional, and ultimately made the deal happen. My only complaint, and the reason for the 3-star rating, was my experience with my salesman. He did not seem knowledgeable about their website, inventory, or even how to properly navigate me through their online credit application. I repeatedly asked, “Are you sure this is right?” and was told yes, only to find out afterward that it wasn’t. This ultimately resulted in my credit being run multiple times. When I questioned it, I was told, “Sorry, this is my first time,” and it seemed to be treated like it wasn’t a big deal. When you’re dealing with someone’s credit and a major purchase, knowing your procedures and being confident that you’re giving the customer correct information is extremely important. If it had not been for the managers stepping in, especially the gentleman who worked to find me financing, I probably would have walked away from the deal. That being said, I would absolutely buy from City Auto of Memphis again. They treated me well, gave me a great deal, and I’m very happy with my van. I would simply request a different sales representative next time—someone more experienced and knowledgeable about the process.

Great truck,has a ton of features. Gets a lot 20% better gas mileage than my previous truck Bought used but has a ton of features. Happy I stayed with Nissan.
