This was the best experience in all our years of car shopping. Otto B. was very professional and helpful. He thoroughly explained the entire car buying experience to us. His patience is very commendable. Since the purchase he has reached out to us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Our daughter will purchase a car, within the next few months, and we have praised Otto. Thanks again for a job well done.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I can't thank this team enough, for making our Yukon purchase as smooth as it was!

2024 Nissan Kicks review
Looks great packed with features some being more advanced than models ahead of its class. The SR premium makes you feel like you got something special, auto dim mirror , heated seats, ambient lighting, leather with sporty orange stitching , able to use features with mynissan app... the cvt is definitely not my favorite style transmission, its different than the 5spds im use to. Drives smooth fantastic fuel economy and all for a price i can live with !!

2024 Nissan Kicks review
2024 Nissan Kicks is not going to win any races. It is very sluggish at times. Rear seat space is less than desirable. But it is very enjoyable to drive. I normally get 40 MPG on the interstate driving to Charleston, SC, from Asheville, NC. It handles well, compact and very sharp looking car. Great price point for the features. Comes with an unlimited milage powertrain warranty. 3-year 45K miles bumper to bumper and free maintenance for the first 3 years.

I took my Versa in for the Basic 10,000 miles service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.)early morning. I left the car there & I would pick it up later after the Sox game. They suggested a transmission fluid exchange so I approved it. You can just click & sign it on the phone so it was easy to do. After the Sox beat Cleveland, I went over there & they accepted the coupon but then they add the 3% charge for using a credit card! It ate into the coupon's "savings". That was the only part I didn't like about my experience. The car was clean, washed, & ready. The customer service rep was professional & quick so I didn't have to wait too long.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again
