Volvo Cars Of Winston-Salem has always taken care of the 2016 XC 60 I bought from them. Yesterday was no exception. When a strange joke began to occur on my car Tuesday, in spite of it first being told they were already booked and had no loaner cars they finally Told me if I could be there early and was able to get the car there Wednesday, they would see what was wrong. And not only did they get me in, they got the problem, diagnosed quickly, had the parts in stock, and had me out of there quickly even gave me a discount! Getting your car serviced at a dealership may be somewhat more costly, but it’s worth the peace of mind, knowing that the job will be done right.

Wonderful experience at this dealership. Great selection of quality vehicles. Everyone we worked with (sales, finance and manager) were professional and kind. Not pushy or aggressive at all. I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

My family and I were on a road trip and had gotten a flat tire so needed to get it fix. We called several dealerships but couldn’t get any help, until we called Ben Mynatt Nissan. I spoke with their Service Department and they we very helpful from the get go. I made sure that they had the specific right tire that I needed and they did. my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. Great selection of used cars. Fast and professional. Finance was super fast 30 minutes out the door. I have bought many cars and this was one of the best experiences. I Was very impressed. Highly recommend.
