Motorcars of Gaithersburg review
Here is my review after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! I had a great experience working with Reese, the sales specialist. He is very straightforward, honest, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help his customers. He’s one of those people who tells it like it is and doesn’t try to sugarcoat anything. Before I purchased the vehicle, he made sure I understood everything, including the pros and cons of the car, so I could make an informed decision. He kept his word throughout the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of. What really stood out to me was that Reese even drove about 35 minutes to my house just to drop off a wheel rim air center cap that was missing. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend Reese to buy a car from this dealership

Mr Ron and the service department manager James were very kind, courteous, honest and apologetic. I had a not so good line of communication and a bit of a run around but they made me feel like I mattered as a customer and resolved the issue as soon as they knew there was one. I appreciate them for turning the situation around and I can truly say they really do care about their customers! Thank you gentlemen again and nothing but best wishes for your company

Ray was great from the initial hand shake until we completed our purchase and drove off the lot in our new Nissan Rogue. The entire experience was excellent from the moment visited the dealership for the first time. I’ll be back and I’ll recommend them to my friends and family. We went down to Hill Nissan with a specific car we saw on their website. We were greeted by Justin and told him which specific car we were looking at. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. Justin helped to make the process smooth and was very respectful and mindful of the fact that we drove two hours for this specific car. We worked with Norm for financing our certified pre owned Rogue and he also helped to make the process very smooth. He answered any questions we had and explained everything thoroughly. He was also a joy to spark a conversation with. I would highly recommend working with both Justin and Norm!

The Service Department was so easy to work with. My advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. He gave me a list of repairs and the order in which I should address them. He never pressured me to buy any more service then what I came in for, he never made me feel dumb when I asked questions about my car, and he treated me with respect. Honestly this is the best service I have ever received. Thank you Glendale Nissan, this is now my go to service place.

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.
