The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
What I expected

There was nothing new to this leaf. I've researched them a lot and test drove one other one. This one was on par with what I've seen/drove. My mine focus was on the drive range depletion while driving. I drove 20 miles but only lost 15 miles in drive range thanks to the braking regeneration.
FUN Battery EV, low maintenance/great safety stats

Funky style exterior, a blast to drive, safety ratings are great - a perfect car for college student/second car (LOW maintenance/no gas to buy).
Only drawback is limited range, so make sure battery capacity is good when purchasing used (ideally would still be within the original 60 month warrant)
I was not expecting to leave with a 2019 but I did! I came in with an loan that was upside down the whole time. But Maria came and scooped from the lot in the front although I was hesitant, she was a breath of fresh air as a sales person. I came expecting a 2017 or 2018 and left with a fresh toy out of the box. Thank you Maria!
Extremely reliable, fun and zippy to drive!

This has been a great car. It fits our family of 3 perfectly with room to spare. Charges easily and quickly. Saves thousands a year on gas!!
We were in the market for the just released Nissan Leaf 2019. We aren't frequent buyers and are specific about what we want. Xochilt ("Sochi") worked with us over a few weeks to get us exactly what we wanted. She's was very polite and accomodating (especially with our 6 and 8 year old boys) through the whole process.
We've also had service done here on our older Versa and it's among the most organized and customer service oriented service stations I've ever used.
Definitely recommend this dealer and Xochilt.
Good for the buck.

This car is a good option to buy used to save money on gas. But not a dream car as the design is disappointing in my option. The range as well isn't great. But it's a decent car that I won't mind driving.
Great customer service and knowledge base of the repair team is superb. The sales team is also great to work with.

Too soon to tell as we've just purchased the car, but at this point the car feels solid and drives well, with good acceleration.
Visibility is good. A bit tight in the cockpit with limited storage.
Should prove to be excellent around town and on shorter (150 miles) trips or less. Looking forward to driving this car and not having to stop at gas stations!

This EV is saving me about $300/mo in gas from commuting 54mi a day. It works as a perfect commuter vehicle and it's fun to drive!
Rex and Luke made the first time experience memorable. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They were straight forward about every aspect of purchasing a vehicle.
Love the LEAF!

I’ve owned the LEAF for about 18 months and love it. All electric means no costs for gas or oil. It’s smooth and fun to drive. I previously drove an SUV and do not feel like I lost much interior space at all. While I love the car, it’s not for everyone. Limited range makes it perfect for smaller towns or short commutes. My S model does not have a quick charge option, nor are there quick charging stations in my area. This is not the car for you if you drive long distances.
My salesman was very helpful. He put himself out to get me the best deal he could possibly give to me. Even after the purchase he followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. When I came back 6 months later to get an oil change the service people took good care of me and my car. Thank you Sergae and Chai.

This car is the start of next generation in car industry .believed by many to lead the futere of electric cars
Hence with continuos improvements new models with extra mileage and design will be a fact
I was looking to replace an aging car I just use for short trips. So toa put-your-enviro-creds-where-your-mouth is, I looked at used Leafs (with ~80 mi max range). Well, after realizing the tax creds were still there, it made sense to buy a new one with the 150mi range.
I haven't pushed the range yet, so I can't say anything intelligent about range anxiety. And that is a big concern.
I got the tech package, which contains all those safety features the ads show . They mostly work, but sometimes they don't (i.e.; dynamic cruise control can kick off when the person in front of you peels off -- even if there is someone just in front of him). So while they offer safeguards, one must not be complacent.
Normally I love looking at cars but hate going through the buying process. This time the sales department and the finance department both worked well together and actually addressed my concerns instead of simply treating me like a faceless sale. I told the finance department that I was in a rush and they got me through the paperwork in twenty minutes, that had to be a record!

Once you go electric, you'll never go back! Great value... Get your education about these vehicles--online, magazines, go to a dealer and test drive--they are the future, so start saving money NOW!
Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.

If getting around town or back and forth to work is your primary use for your vehicle, you should consider looking at a Leaf. This car has exceeded all our expectations in comfort, performance, build quality, and fun factor. I do all the maintenance work on our vehicles, and have nothing to do on this car but rotate tires and check the brakes once in awhile. Awesome!
I was shopping for a Volt for over 3 months. I had trouble finding the one I wanted for the right price until I stopped into MaxWay Motors. The second I walked in I was impressed with how beautiful the dealership was. I was greeted Almost immediately by a smiling face. They had the right car for the right price. Very friendly environment, I did not feel pressured by their very professional sales staff. They even took the time to show me around the Dealership, It was clean, modern, and beautiful. I plan on stopping back next week to buy the volt I have been searching for, for so long now. I am really happy with Maxway Motors. They set a new standard for dealership expectations, and I plan on buying my next car from them as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone searching for a car. My experience was nothing short of excellent.

This car has been a great commuter car. It's been reliable and easy to maintain! The electric torque and power makes such a fun driving experience! Charging this car with a full charge only costs about $1, to provide up to about 70-80 miles commute. The A/C is by far the best performing of any car I have owned!
Dan made repairs as promised. Picked up a great, used vehicle that has been all I expected. Stood behind their warranty and made repairs as promised.
Excellent Commuter Car - Saved Me A Ton

This is a great commuter car. I was spending a couple hundred dollars a month on gas before I got this car. My work has free EV chargers so the increase in my power bill is minimal. I bought this car used and my car payment is about what I was paying monthly for gas. Such a blessing...
Excellent customer service great prices. Rudy helped me get financed at a very good rate. They do such a good job my sister also bought a car on the same day . Rudy helped get both cars financed and had us on our way home in less than a hour . Super fast service with quality customer service. Rudy definitely is passionate in selling cars really works over and beyond his call of duty there. Thanks again Premium Motors ….!
It's great. But it only has a 50 mile range.

If you have specific destinations. And don't make any side trips. You should come home with 18 to 21 miles left. The 2012 leaf has a 50-mile range. The car is reliable. But it's not built for long distances. When I bought it. I didn't understand range. So I get nervous if I go too far. The computerized voice tells me once the range hits 11 miles to charge it. And there are electric charging stations, but you have to buy a membership to use them. The price is cheap. And there are a few free charging stations. But you have to look for it. And I have charged it in the rain. But I take extra precautions like putting towels on top of the extension cord and putting a towel on where the plug goes in the car. I really think I should have gotten a hybrid. Because I use the gasoline-powered car to go longer distances. Overall, I still save thousands of dollars on gasoline by using the leaf. Maybe hundreds. And the car shakes a lot of the road is bumpy. So don't drink any water before traveling. But if the road is smooth, then the car is a great drive.
