I LOVE my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder! I purchased the Pathfinder as it drove and handled smoothly with power. I test drove the Rogue, Altman, and Maxima, and the Pathfinder had, hands down the best ride, handling, and comfort. I love that it never let's me lock my keys in the car. I love my Caspian blue exterior, and palomino interior. I love its sexy curves, and the durability of the seat material. It could be a little more comfortable, but overall, I LOVE it!

I could not be happier with my purchase at Bill Kay Nissan! From the time I walked in the door they made me feel like my business is important to them! I got the 2016 Altima that I’ve been looking for and they even worked with me on price. I will for sure recommend all my friends and family to this dealer! Bought this car brand new. Have had it for 3 years now. Absolutely love it. Never any issues. Car was 100% from day one. Yes, would get another one. Got the SL. Love all the features.. Would have to trade down quite a bit to get a new car at the same price.

I am a long-time Nissan owner. I recently purchased a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder SV with 10,800 miles. It is comfortable to drive but don't expect to pass, on a 2 lane highway, unless you have a lot of room. I would rate the Halogen headlights as Fair. I upgraded them to Good+. The HVAC/Infotainment system is antiquated with NO aftermarket upgrades available. The cruise control is quirky. You either love it or hate it. The Pathfinder does have a very good towing capacity for an SUV. The fuel economy is reasonable for the size of this vehicle. The SV trim level does have most of the common safety features. This trim level has a cloth interior which I prefer. The reliability of this vehicle should be very good assuming you keep up with routine maintenance..

I bought a new Honda from a dealer closer to my home- had a horrible experience back in 2015. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. I was trying to replace my Xterra. There is plenty of room, it has a nice comfortable interior, not as rugged as Xterra. It is a nice quiet ride.

I drove to the Golf Mill Chevrolet dealer and went to the service center because i had a message on my dashboard that i didn't know how to get rid of. The service guys were busy but Leo Deffitt so me standing there and he asked me how he could help me (which he is NOT even a service person) and walked me to my car and helped me immediately. He was a true gentlemen and a great helper. He went over and beyond because he's a salesman and NOT a service person to even help me.

We would highly recommend Countryside Nissan! We arrived at Countryside Nissan to look over some vehicles that we had seen on their website. Both Tim D. and Chuck I. greeted us kindly while offering their assistance. They provided excellent and attentive service, closely listening to what we were looking for in a used vehicle and promptly bringing us to the specific ones we asked to see and then providing us with other comparable options as alternatives, as we had stated we were open to others as well. Tim & Chuck were very low-key and neither tried to rush us into a vehicle or push us into buying anything. They allowed us to test drive any of the vehicles we wanted. We decided to go home and consider these as options. Tim followed up with us a couple days later as a vehicle with all the options we were looking for had just been traded in. We went the next day to look at the vehicle. This truly was EVERYTHING we were looking for and had asked for in options and amenities! Long story short, after a comprehensive test drive and review of the car’s options, service record, etc, we decided this was the car for us! And if that doesn’t say enough, completing the paperwork was a breeze also! Tim & Chuck thoroughly reviewed all the pages with us without keeping us there for hours or leaving us with questions or feelings of being bogged down with irrelevant information. All the while bringing us a couple of drinks and checking in for understanding! We are SO grateful that both Tim & Chuck listened intently to what we were searching for, because as soon as that vehicle, which had everything we wanted, was traded in, they thought of us, and now we are driving around in the PERFECT vehicle! AND, it didn’t stop there, Chuck followed up with us a couple days later to check in & see how we have been enjoying it! Such a great team over at Countryside Nissan, that’s for sure! And, they really showed how much they care, from beginning to end of our car buying experience :)

Ask for CESAR, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. My mom and I were bracing ourselves going into a car dealer. Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. At the end, I left my airpods and sunglasses and I have been agonizing over them. He reached out and let me know he had them and followed up several times to be sure I got them back. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. THANK YOU CESAR!!!!!
