Temecula Nissan review
I have a crazy story but it has a great ending. Everyone from my salesman Ethan to my service guy Lance, I had an overall great experience. So I had been searching for 8 months for the unicorn of a car. I had very explicit expectations in order for me to walk into a car dealership.....God knows going into a car dealership is the LAST thing anyone wants to do. So when I found that needle in a haystack I walked into my salesman Ethan. This boy was the kindest most transparent salesman ive ever met.( hes gonna go far). He made my final decision very easy. The negotiation with price with Vince, the sales manager was not typical. Although money was discussed, which is very uncomfortable for me, my team was very helpful and transparent. Their energy helped me feel at ease for the first time in buying a car. And that was just the beginning, a week and a half later my check engine light came on and Ethan said bring it here so we can check it out as soon as possible. So upon leaving my new vehicle they discovered it needed something in the transmission, so a big deal....And in comes My service guy Lance. Lance was very patient and a great communicator. But there's a problem.....they couldn't get the part they needed in a fast enough manner. Because I would not have had the car in the near future, the whole team came together and figured out how to get me into a comparable car that day....it could have been a huge problem but the team i got at Temecula Nissan was outstanding. I will definitely come back and recommend this car dealership to anyone that asks for advice. Thanks guys I had a wonderful experience... Stacy

Everything went smooth, the employees know what they're doing. It's been a great experience working with George, who is knowledgeable, kind, also a firm and a great negotiator. And they have a very nice boss, the business owner, Kifah, which rocks!

Mossy Nissan Oceanside review
What a fantastic group of people working here, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. This was the first time I've ever been able to buy a new car, I've only had used cars before. The salesman was friendly and helped me choose the car I was looking for- I had no idea there were so many options to choose from. It was great to be walked through everything available to me. At the end of my purchase I was sat down with a gentleman named Mike, he was so accommodating and patient. If you are looking for a dealership that will make you feel informed and taken care of- this is your place!

Superstition Springs LexusReviews
Superstition Springs Lexus review
I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

I had an excellent experience working with Josephine at Mercedes-Benz. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Josephine made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was very responsive, answered all of my questions clearly, and handled every detail quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated that she respected my time and never made the process feel complicated or pressured. She is friendly, patient, honest, attentive, and truly understands what great customer service should be. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to make sure they have the best possible experience. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful and time-consuming, but Josephine made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She is definitely someone I would trust and recommend to friends and family. Thank you, Josephine, for your outstanding service! Mercedes-Benz is very lucky to have you on their team. I highly recommend asking for Josephine if you're looking for someone who is professional, reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Anthony Lisica was extremely helpful in the buying process. He helped make the buying process as easy as possible. We showed up with an appointment for a specific vehicle on the lot. We test drove it and moved to start the buying process. We got a discount off the sticker price and made a deal. From there we did the paperwork and purchased a new Tacoma. Anthony helped make the deal happen and we could not be happier with the purchase. Thank you Anthony Lisica and DCH Toyota of Torrance!
