Had a great experience working with Gary on our purchase of a new CX-5. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and no pressure attitude. He listened to our preferences and was very patient with our many questions. He worked hard to get all the paperwork in order so the car would be ready quickly and kept us informed of his progress. I had jokingly asked for a big bow on the car, like you see in commercials, and on the day of pickup I was greeted with a big red bow on the windshield! This confirmed our opinion that Gary goes above and beyond and really cares about his customers, even after the sale is made. Before handing off the keys to us, he took the time to go over the many features of the car and never made us feel rushed. Overall this was one of the best experiences we've ever had and would highly recommend Gary and Lannan Mazda as the place to go for a car.

Currently on my 4th Rogue Lease (Midnight Edition).
Great gas mileage and have made 2 trips to Florida from Pennsylvania with my Rogues. The Zero Gravity seats are awesome and had no fatigue issues driving the 20 hours down South. It has plenty of space and leg room to comfortably seat 4 adults. Never had any service issues during the 10 years I have leased this model.
Last winter our area set numerous snowfall records (200+ inches) being close to Lake Erie and I can promise the Rogue can handle any amount of snowfall Mother Nature throws at us..
If you want things done right at Nissan please go to Phi Phi. He is the best. I went o Nissan on a day Phi Phi wasn???t there and what a waste of a trip. The guy did nothing for me. If Phi Phi ever left Nissan I would never come back. They need more people like him who care about the customer.

We have an empty nest and this is a great car for traveling, excellent gas mileage, great price. The amenities and versatility are top of the line. Hook on Nissan.
The problem was diagnosed and fairly expensive but the service representative suggested I called nissan consumer and if they couldn't help with the cost he could possibly apply coupons to help me save some money.

This cat meets all my needs. Great gas milage and roomy enough for my 3 boys and dog to ride comfortably. Love the blind spot sensors.
This is my first visit to Nissan in Woburn and it was a very good experience. The service manager was very pleasant and explained all the repairs that were needed. Very thorough.

I first rented the rogue on a trip from Los Angeles to las vegas and was impressed at the gas mileage and comfort. I then decided to buy one and my wife loves it. The vehicle gets better than expected gas mileage,the sound system on the sv is amazing and the build quality is great. The engine is somewhat underpowered and can strain under inclines and highway passing. The cabin is quiet enough and the blind spot comes in handy for the large pillars. Loading and unloading is easy and the automatic start feature comes in handy. This SUV is a great value that wont break the bank and has great reliability. I would most definitely purchase again
Kelly Nissan was unbelievable. I have leased a number of vehicles over the years, and never had such a great experience as I had at Kelly. From the sales manager Tommy, Dan my sales person, and even the finance manager Eli. There was ZERO pressure from them. They listen to what I had to say and my lease was done in under one hour. This is the most comfortable, reliable automobile I've ever owned. It's both practical and fun. I'm tough on a car, and it handles anything I can throw at it. I'd have no problem recommending it to anyone.
Little did we know we would be in need a of another car, my husband's this time 5 months from getting myself one. We went back to Keith for his knowledge and great service. 5 months later and I am loving my Sienna. Keith found my husband a great used Camry with low miles and a price that can't be beat. The team was great to work with and Phil helped in finance to get us on our way. Thanks for taking great care of us guys!
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.

As mentioned I wish it had a V6 option. Other than that it’s super comfortable and looks good to. Good quality sound system and everything is easy to reach.
Overall experience was very smooth. Dave Poirer-service advisor was efficient and professional. Dealership was small, yet friendly. Nice waiting area with refreshments. I would highly recommend.

Got a great deal on this car. Great gas mileage and it handles great. Very happy with this purchase. I do a lot of research before buying because I usually keep a car for several years when I buy. Cars.com made the whole process a time saver.
This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. David Moretti was very accommodating and had a great attention to the small but important details. He was very personable and certainly made us feel like we were talking with an old friend. We would highly recommend David and all of the Michaud TEAM to any perspective car buyers.
